They want to have another secret witness I guess. Let's play this audiotape of a guy we never subpoenaed and count that as sworn testimony that Juan cannot cross. If Juan says he'll call him as a state witness, the defense would demand he be barred because Juan is trying to pull a fast one by adding someone at the 11th hour not on his original witness list. They always want to have everything both ways.

Flores was not in the interview, says he has no firsthand knowledge. But form of the question was "did you hear it on the recording"

What confuses me is that the defense is trying to prove ONLY Travis used his computer. They already KNOW JA used it, a former roommate used it to the point Travis paid Taylor Searle to clean it up... Pros. has a least two witnesses to this.

First of all, just because they have an audio of a roomie saying they never used the computer, that doesn't make it true.

Second, who cares who downloaded the ? TA was already dead. So it wasn't him. So let's MOVE ON with the mitigation portion of this circus.
