I cannot believe that Judge Stephens is allowing this line of questioning. She allowed such a wide latitude with the defense.

This case is seriously straight out of the twilight zone.

I don't get it either. She's asking if he recognized the voice and he's saying NO. He only spoke to Zach a couple times, why would he. He never heard this interview.

No, I kn ow they are trying to say the roomies never used the computer. But they are also trying to narrow down the list of possible players who downloaded something on that date. They are doing so by saying the roomies never touched the computer, imo

But according to Jodi who would not lie , Travis's home was opened to everyone. It could of been anyone that snuck in a doggy door, that garage code everyone knew etc all those friends Travis always had over.

The testimony this morning was about TA's computer being turned and accessed 6/19/2009. I double checked on BK's feed. Isn't that when the original DT wanted to look at it. This whole thing was about the pros mishandling/tampering with TA's computer around that time.
