If there was truly child on the bishop's computer, the bishop is guilty of possession of child .

If <modsnip> actually viewed child then he is guilty of that crime.

Wonder about the statute of limitations.

Perhaps that's what <modsnip> doing in New Zealand where he can't be prosecuted for his role in viewing/possessing child while in the U.S.

Has it occurred to anyone that if any part of this child stuff was true then several people, IMO, have committed crimes. The Bishop, McGee, Jodi, the attorneys (all 3) and JSS for not reporting it to the FBI and making sure the creeps who put it out there were busted. This just makes me sick.

I suppose Dr. DeMarte could say she discounted this information because the witness was not credible for various reasons, including contradictory statements made online.

It's possible, though, that JM will not want to suggest to the jury that it is OK for experts to consider anonymous hearsay from questionable sources, so he will want Dr. DeM to rely only on "real" evidence.

Also, JSS might reasonably say that experts can rely on hearsay affidavits made under oath to the mitigation specialist but not on hearsay Facebook posts possibly not even made by the person whose name is attached to them.

But I thought this affidavit was not given to mitigation specialist under oath....just to associates of Dr G that traveled to NZ. If this is so....I hope it's clear to jury.

By what reasoning does the state of Arizona and Sherry decide JA can't be cross examined on her secret testimony? It just hangs out there like it's the truth? Will the jury even be told anything about it?

Lol if they weren't her notes then why didn't she say that when he asked her about it?

This is as stupid as her supporters claiming the extra money on the receipt is because Jodi was filling up a gas can for a homeless person. You know, 'cause you always see homeless people lugging around 30lbs of gas for no reason and Jodi has never told this story either. Ok

My guess would be that two jurors are in their early 50s, two are in their early 60s, and the rest are in their 20s and 30s.

Semantics games.

One test says shove and one says push so the Doc has decided they're obviously totally different and that accounts for the differing answers.

So according to Geff... a question answered slightly different two different times = two different answers.

But another question answered differently two different times = same answer.

The jury will be instructed to disregard her testimony completely if she doesn't retake the stand. (She can't, AFAIK, be forced to testify...even though she already started to.)

Personally, I vote to employ the stun belt until cross is complete.

Based on these last questions I'd bet she's not taking the stand.

I hope you are correct.

ETA...I would really like to see JM crush her. But we have all seen enough of that face to last a lifetime. She needs to be locked away from other human beings for the remainder of her miserable life. And IMO, she could take Nurmi and Wilmott and MDLR with her for company.

Unfortunately, looks like Jodi gets one more look at Deanna before she heads to Perryville. I'm sure she KNOWS how much pain this will cause Deanna, not only with her religion, her marriage, but with her memories of Travis. Jodi deserves much more than Perryville has to offer.

I am not sure about that. Deanna is free, and the murderer has been found guilty and will be off to prison no matter what. There's a lot of love surrounding Deanna. The murderer will be tasting her own bile. Besides, Travis loved Deanna, never the psycho.
