Well, the defendants PI has been a busy little bee- hasn't he?

I refuse to believe otherwise in the absence of more information and for the fact that the defendant seemed pleased and the Alexanders didn't.

Stalking jurors- the new judicial world order.

You seem like such a good mom, Britskate, and I can hear your empathy and understanding.

IMO, even if Jodi's parents had gone for help for their daughter, Jodi would not have complied with treatment. Plus, by her early twenties (and certainly after McCartney pointed it out), it was on Jodi to get the help she needed. Any kind of intervention, however minor, might have diverted this sick "train" that was bound to cause a serious "train wreck."

Yep

Jury question
“Did you ever seek medical help for your mental condition?”

“I`m not sure what mental condition that refers to.”

That's a joke, right? No way 2 jurors said that, much less loner dude and a middle age woman.

Seriously?! Then they can't be the only ones that feel that way!

I really think that tweet was snark, and not factual at all. I also think, in light of BK's rundown, that neither one would have been good for the PT.

Beth is saying (paraphrased lamby!)

#5 is divorced, daughter arrested for fraudulent check and addicted to script drugs (following injury)... didn't have a strong opinion

#12, ok giving life and was supportive of death as youth BUT LIKE PREVIOUS FOREMAN "death penalty reserved for serial killers!!! :thud: :thud: :thud:

Oh wait... Oh. Pff. Good riddance.

WTH ? Is this for real ?

TIA !!!

And MLDR is a known troublemaking :liar:

Not bringing over the tweets but Jen and Paul both said #12 was definitely a loner, headphone wearing type. Paul is glad he's gone...not much on the other one though other than she was a note taker and paid attention to testimony.

 • #538
If the incessant note-taker and the loner male are gone, it might not be a blow to JM imo.

Oh! Was #12 the one who never interacted with the rest of the others during breaks with his headphones on? And also the one that said during voire dire pretty much what the previous foreman said. As #12 is noted to have said that death should be reserved for serial killers, vs. a normal person who wakes up and has a normal day and kills someone. He was a CLONE of the foreman on previous phases for sure!

Good riddance #12!

 • #539
Was juror #12 the one that wore the same shirt everyday to court?
