Really don't know why this has gone on and on and on? I will say upfront I am against DP but have been following this from objective point of view. I don't think she will get the DP. Nothing to do with State's Case nor Defense Case but because of her physical appearance. Bottom line, she doesn't look like Aileen Wuornos. If she did we wouldn't be having a retrial for Sentencing. She would sentenced to DP first time around. Just my opinion about how physical appearance plays in cases with Female Defendants. Yes Wuornos' trial was in Florida but if anyone had mitigating factors of mental illness, it was her.

This is absolutely Flipping unbelievable. Truly. I have kind of tried to stay off of JSS this whole trial and give her the benefit of the doubt but it does not have anything to do with her rights. She is GUILTY. This is just her talking to the jury to see if she can sway them. This has nothing to do with her rights being violated. STOP already. STOP.

I take the DP on a case by case basis. I don't believe that even if she gets the DP she will be executed, But I know her life will be harder, her stay in prison will be more like punishment as opposed to singing contests and teaching inmates her gifts.
