I think you're quoting a tweet from a while back, and I'm not sure what the evidence was that JM was trying to get in.

And now that I look at the tweet in question, the tweeter didn't say what the evidence was. It might have had something to do with the gas receipts. JM might have asked Flores a question on something Flores hadn't shown he had any knowledge of. Foundation might or might not have been established during the prior trial phases depending on what questions were asked of Flores at the time and what answers were given.
