Imo whatever is in front has some weight to it, whether it's flesh or an object. The waddle reminds me a little of someone using a front plate weight vest.

I am curious where this still photo came from and if there is video, why we can't see that video. Also, why is the photo cut off like it is?
It appears to be at the corner of Benevolent and Hope. He's on Hope just north of Benevolent, on the east side of the street, heading south. My guess is he's only visible in the actual video for a second or two (pops in and out of the edge of the frame) and they felt the still was more valuable than the video.

Looks like he has green on the back of the sleeves of his jacket. I saw some Northface jackets with the same color pattern of his jacket but not the same colors.
The color's aren't the same but similar pattern.
I didn't realize their were so many brands of Men's jackets.
I don't have time to look more I have to go find my warm clothes.
Good catch, it appears to be an older version of this jacket as ironically my partner used to have the two tone style, but was Columbia brand https://www.macys.com/shop/product/...1USA&msclkid=050b2207cd7a14e8ba6b4b470ebfd37b. Glad to see more photos, and clearer ones. Feeling more optimistic people who know him will call LE.

New videos of person of interest reveal distinct details that may help identify them, CNN analyst says

From CNN's Danya Gainor

New videos of an individual police are calling a person of interest provide a fresh look at the person’s size, how they walk and other details that may help the public to identify them, CNN senior law enforcement analyst Andrew McCabe said.

The individual has a distinctive gait with a consistent rhythm that someone close to them might be able to identify, McCabe, the former deputy director of the FBI, told CNN’s Anderson Cooper.

“He kind of walks the same way when he’s on the sidewalk or crossing the street, and he appears to favor his left leg just slightly, not so much that it would be indicative of any sort of permanent disability, but maybe the remnant of an old surgery or a knee injury or something like that,” McCabe said.

The videos also reveal the individual’s size and build, and more detail of their dark clothing.

“It’s those kind of details that I think could maybe trip somebody’s recollection that this is someone they know in their lives,” McCabe said.

Even things like putting his hands behind his back when he stands stationary all give a clue. He's very distinct looking, beer belly, waddle when he walks, smallish head. There's also enough of an eye opening to get an idea of his facial features.

Real Housewives of Sydney star Nicole O'Neil has revealed the terrifying moment her daughter was trapped in her room during the Brown University shooting in the US.

Nicole revealed her daughter Neve has been left traumatised after being trapped in her room for 16 hours
during the horrifying ordeal after moving to the US to study.

'I have just survived the most traumatic 24 hours of my life,
and something no parent should ever have to experience',
she wrote on Instagram.

'Yesterday morning
I received a call from my daughter Neve, a sophomore at Brown.
Her voice was barely audible, hushed and shaking,
as she told me there was an active shooter on campus.

She was sheltering in a dorm room with two other girls,
a bed pushed up against the door,
blinds pulled down.
She was petrified.
There was nothing I could do'."

This CBSNews tweet zooms in on the 'fake innocent pose' and right before he turns it appears he adjusts his stomach. I think that's not his actual stomach. It also looks slightly pointed. MOO

I see that now, he def looks like he has 'stuff' under that jacket. IMO

Re: the new videos

1) gait difference more noticeable from front or back.
2) can't tell if that is his real (protruding) stomach or a disguise / bag with other clothes/equipment
3) FWIW CMT is a disease that includes symptoms of feet pronation/distinct gait and narrow/rounded shoulders
4) He seems almost performative / giddy to me in some clips
5) seems mid to late 30s at youngest
6) thankful they're sharing these new / better videos and photos

MOO
I think he might have some kind of large, belted, waist pack/bag on, under the jacket, where his pistol(s) were carried. It probably contained spare magazines also. This kind of arrangement would leave both hands free.

I think his jacket or pants pockets would sag noticeably under the weight of pistols large enough to use for his attack, and might even tear. A waist bag would offer better concealment and easier access. JMO

Actually, proportionally bottom part of his mask chin area is too low, so maybe he does have a beard which is also covered by his mask...or a heavy sizable jaw. IF the AI is accurate in his depiction.

AI is notorious for distorting all kinds of things in images. The hubby is a software developer and self learning about AI models etc. He has generated so many images based upon a previous image and you would not believe what comes out. I wouldn't put a lot of stock in something AI generated.
Yes, AI is not reliable and downright whacky sometimes! I'm a visual artist, so on the creative end of what your husband does. I was comparing the image to the other versions and it rings true to me regarding his facial features. I use Photoshop a lot and am shocked with what AI comes up with when given prompts. Sometimes it's fine, and sometimes it's bananas!

A beard would certainly be a good reason for a mask like that. It could contain that so he wasn't easily recognized and also just seem like someone being cautious. However, I still find it odd to be out for a walk and wearing a mask. I think that might draw attention if he's just wandering around for almost 2 hours wearing a mask.

Agreed - there's a tendency for AI to hallucinate, particularly for photos. There's some fairly hilarious examples online - the r/ChatGPT subreddit has some real winners.

It is just a matter of time before a parent, a sibling, a cousin, a friend, a coworker, a girlfriend, or any acquaintance would like the $50,000 reward in exchange for the identity of this murderer:
  • He has some distinctive and permanent impairment on both legs such that his gait is unique and indelible
  • May be he has a clubfoot on the left side such that he has to "project" his left leg instead of a smooth stride
  • Notice also the bent at his right knee
  • His right side is slightly higher than his left side such that he has to bent inward his right knee to level up
  • Perhaps, he has his handguns and clippers and other items in the large front pocket of his winter top, but he is still a heavy set, either a fat man or a bodybuilder
  • He is a Caucasian, and potentially over 35 year old
  • He has some knowledge about the building and/or about Brown university and/or he went there unmasked to surveil the topography of the venue in the recent past
The FBI and local police should also review the videos in grocery stores and pharmacies and schools in Providence and the surrounding cities to check for an unmask and in everyday on-going of this killer with his distinct gait. It seems he is knowledgeable of the Brown University's surrounding.

He has definitely obtained a bag of some sort by the 56 Cooke St video (1452). The same bag is seen, less clearly, in the 1453 video off Manning.

The pointy angle coming off of the body on the right is the bag… the right arm moves independently from the object. So either he retrieved the bag from somewhere in that area or he had it under his jacket in the beginning and realized it looked too weird.

snipped for focus
Reminds me of when Luigi Mangione's face was finally revealed when he flirted with the hotel clerk.

I feel like this person is purposely trying to avoid gait analysis. Moo

Gaits are very tricky; you would think with the very distinctive ones they would be a huge piece to the puzzle, but Missy Bevers, Liz Barraza, Scott Ratigan killers all had very unorthodox/distinctive gaits and it hasn't gotten the cases anywhere. But this one seems more genuine and matching his body type that those other ones, so hopefully it can be an outlier. And I doubt carrying a bag with the gun or whatever else would cause it; Bridge guy had a million items stuffed under his jacket and walked fine.
