I started a thread on that discovery. I was under the impression the body hadn’t been there long but need to look again. Thanks for posting it here.

Thanks @Knox and thank you, @steeltowngirl for finding and posting the Jane Doe. But I'm thinking that unless the area was "high desert" type of environment (as far as the air humidity and temps) which can have a mummification effect on a body in the open, the fact that they could easily identify "no tattos" means the skin was not compromised, so the death was likely very recent. So IMO unlikely someone that went missing in July.

The deceased woman found in Crestline is 5'1, Angela is 5'7 - clarifying my previous post. Likely not her.

The area Angela was last known to be, near Desert Center CA, is very remote & has lots of back roads going through the desert. It would be a very easy area to get lost and extremely dangerous in the desert heat of July. Nonetheless, if her car was abandoned out there it should have been reported by now. Makes me wonder if she was harmed & her vehicle was stolen. Hopefully she just decided to start a new life
