Ronald has filed for divorce.

It is amazing to me how much influence Mike Brooks and Mark Klauss can have on Teresa Neves. Immediately after Teresa Neves realized that things were not all rosey, like Nancy Grace portrayed things to be, she started on Plan B. Ie., throwing Misty under the bus. The Cummings clan absolutely have to discredit Misty and make her the underdog who is absolutely unbelievable. That is just in case, Misty states something very discriminating about Ron, the golden child. It is going to be very interesting to watch the train wreck happen in slow motion. I'm going to bet that the very next time we get to see Ron and/or Teresa on tv, it will be to discredit Misty.

Maybe someone is paying her for a story etc for example, and Ron is mortified; Perhaps he's grown desperate and all he can think of is to cry "divorce," thinking that will lure her back and shut her up? Either way it all seems sort of contrived to me.

JMO here, but I truly believe that the Nancy Grace show actually had a heart to heart talk with TN and let her know that her, Ron's and GGMS total support and the absolutely stupid answers about Misty had to go if they were going to be on her show. The Cummings were convinced that Misty had to go in order for them to continue to be featured on national tv. TN made a business decision to cut Misty lose so that they could begin to portray Misty as the lying culprit in this case. This is so obvious, Ray Charles can see it...........

Ron hasn't actually filed for divorce yet. His attorney said that he was going to file. As far as Ron thinking that Misty was doing something in Orlando, I think he has resigned himself to the fact that sometimes he may have to be seconds. Misty absolutely maybe going solo on a deal for an article or book tell all. Ron is taking a big gamble here IMO. Misty may decide to tell all. TN and Ronald better step it up to start destroying her credibility. Not that she has any, I'm just saying.....................:dance:

Well, well, we just gleaned a bit of information from Ron Cummings: Haleigh's inhaler has still in the mh. It was not taken..............IT WAS NOT TAKEN. There has been a lot of speculation that this is the item that TN stated was always with Haleigh and that is was missing from the MH. Now, according to Ron, it was not taken.....................:woohoo:

Beardsley says no paperwork has been filed, but he is currently talking with Misty's attorney to finalize the divorce. Beardsley says most likely the reason for the divorce will be written on the paperwork as "irratrevably broken".

That much needed book Book hasn't been in sight ever since John and Patsy Ramsey tried to book a flight out of town less than a half hour after her little lifeless body was brought upstairs and was still laying there on the floor as they were trying to bolt out of the door. IMO - they set the standard for the majority of the cases we have here at WBS - and considering that when this place was first founded, it was a one Victim forum for JonBenet, so looking around at their Victory makes me ill more and more as another case is added here.

I am praying that The Truth is found for Haleigh Marie and that her Daddy does end up being a hero for her instead of the questionable man that he has appeared to be in my well worn to this antics Eyes...

I'm going to keep my own mouth off of any divorce issue between a man and woman. I never will revel in seeing a couple separate and divorce. I pray God's will be done in their lives. I would like to see this couple enter into some Christian marriage counseling by seasoned ministers who have in tact marriages, no divorces in their own past along with their very own childrens marriages in tact.

I'm waiting to find out what the deal is concerning this sudden divorce filing decision. The pressure is un-bearable and has strained the relationship I'm sure. If either one of them are responsible for Haleighs disappearance, let it come out real soon. Let them be exposed and charged.

I want the focus to be on Haleigh, and of course their lives are important, as what is going on, could be indicators pointing to possibly answers concerning Haleigh. Let the focus still be on finding Haleigh.

I hope Ron knows what he's doing. I believe he's erroneously listening to "Bad Bad Bad" counseling of others with all kinds of agendas. Also concerning me is about Misty's well being, because if she is innocent of involvement with Haleigh missing, she more likely than not is in immediate danger and that bothers me. I don't want to see anyone hurt further in this case. If Misty is innocent, Ron and family are certainly letting her down, along with the children.

Ron seemed smirky sure of himself on tv tonight for the few seconds I was able to view him live on NG. I don't know if this is a lovers spat, or runs much deeper. If this is a spat, and Ron is publically calling out "Divorce" to retaliate against Misty, this would be horrible on his behalf. I am noticing Misty isn't all over the public news talking about him. There could be a few reasons why. She's innocent and doesn't see this coming for what it is. She's guilty and trying to get away keeping a low profile as to not draw attention to herself and further. Ron could be in the wrong, being the cause of this latest fight between them, and she's left him because of how she's treated and he's angry cuz she won't come back and he's lashing out.

Waiting to see, I'm totally shocked and dismayed at Ron for the moment, til I get some more information and get a better understanding of what's going on.

Also, I think it's possible he's finally realized that MC hasn't been cooperating fully with LE and being with her is also making it appear that he condones her changing stories, etc. MOO

Why are you "woohoo-ing" the fact that Haleigh's inhaler was not taken? She surely needed it when she left her home willingly or not....

Since somebody couldn't tell how much was left in an inhaler (according to what was said on NG's show tonight), isn't it possible she had more than one inhaler and this one that was found could've been empty or almost empty? :waitasec: MOO

My granddaughter has a nebulizer for her albuteral treatments for asthma, seems like they would have one of these for backup too. Maybe that is what could be missing. At one point I had one at home and one at daycare for her just in case it was needed.

I'm with you on this CarmelEyesD. Gone without her inhaler does give the appearance it wasn't needed when and if she was taken from the MH that night. It's another one of those things that makes us go hmmm! And it hurts to think abou it.

Concerning the inhaler, could she have had more one in the home? I know that I usually have two around my house for me and I don't even need it unless I have an allergy attack. I would think the she may have more then one.

Kool, I have to agree with you on the whole smirky look that Ron was giving on NG tonight. I noticed that right from the start. There is just something about him that rubs me the wrong way.
