I knew Ron had two attorneys...somebody corrected me before when I suggested it. I think this is about custody. There is enough public outcry about Jr being around Misty that the attorney got wind of it and has told RC he has to dump her to be able to keep JR. At least in the eys of the court RC will like again like the "golden boy" to the court and he will be able to keep custody.

Why does RC need a Defense Attorney? Anyone know?

I don't understand why they wouldn't separate first like most couples. Why be in such a hurry to divorce? Rush into marriage then rush into divorce. What is with these people? Not really asking, just trying to understand.

Actually, hearing her inhaler wasn't taken kinda made my heart sink. I would feel better knowing whoever took her wanted her alive and took her medication. Knowing she doesn't have it? ...doesn't bode well.

I've been thinking maybe the person who took her didn't know she needed an inhaler. How horrible for this child to need one and not have one with her!!!

For what it's worth I haven't trusted ANY ONE of them since the beginning, Not RC,TN, or MC! Something stinks really badly in this whole mess.

I agree. I know I am being judgemental again, but I am sorry this little girls disapearence, like everything else in her life, does not stem from some stranger creeping in in the dark of the night to steal her away. It comes from those most immediately around her, and many of their life actions and decisions. Drugs, parties, underaged unpreparred primary caregivers, and worst of all an ingrained point of honor to not never cooperate fully with LE as a matter of personal principle. That more then anything else is this poor little girl has not been found. The people around her are choosing to not play straight with LE and truly tell what they know, what they suspect, and what their lives were truly like.

This may make me seem like a horrible person, but I reveled in NG finally telling RC that she knew he was lying to her and she would find why.

Of course, I also wanted to wipe that smirk, albeit somewhat discreet, off his face that followed her statement.

I think all of this divorce stuff is in the name of saving RC's behind. When RC, TN thought they could save them all, they stood by MC side. Now that people are really questioning RC and his "stand by your [wo]man" attitude, they're ready to fee her to wolves.

We'll probably hear later, "That's what Haleigh would have wanted." :shakehead:

I expect to hear from some media outlet that the courts are going to take a look at his living arrangement. As has been done publicly many times....this his reason for dumping MC at least in the media.

It wasn't but a few weeks ago, they were seem hamming it up on TV. He looked totally smitten with Misty. We were told they were going to meet up with each other for a holiday. Of course that was TN and I should know better than to believe her, since she spins whatever is best for RC and how he looks to the public.

He had a reason for doing this and it wasn't because of Haleigh, IMO. He is self-serving. He wants to gain more favor from the public eye.

On what grounds? He was on TV defending his marriage throughout.....even as late as last week. The PDA from a couple weeks ago demonstrates an intimate relationship.....he didn't go into it without knowledge that LE thought she was lying......uh......pretty sure annulment is off the table for him.
