I am referring to any court appearance that Cindy Anthony attends and places her person behind the defense table. I find it, despicable that rather than give one ounce of support to the prosecutors that are trying to seek justice for Caylee Anthony, she positions herself in the courtroom behind the defendant, her daughter. In my opinion it gives the appearance that she supports her daughter who is a murderer rather than supports those who seek justice for her granddaughter.

I don't know but, what's the motive for a divorce now ? He has had all this time and he knew there were questions about her story long before today. I am thinking this is all about the media pressure, specifically NG's questions to Ron and his mom as to why Misty is still around and not talking to LE...my opinion only.

my first reaction to this news was to laugh at the utter ridiculousness of the situation (one of those it's either laugh or cry or get really angry moments)

I'm so tired of people & their atty's utilizing their 30-seconds of fame by pulling publicity stunts b/c they think that everyone else on the planet is stupid

then I took a breath & remembered that all that matters in the end is Justice for Haleigh

so I'm hoping this latest installment of the Cummings soap opera moves us forward; if we have to suffer through all their idiotic drama, at least let it be worth it in the end

I think ~ This is just a pre-emptive move on Ron's part. Misty left him because she was seriously afraid he was going to kill her. He managed to coax her back the first time; now he knows she'll never return and he's scared to death of what she'll say.

If Misty has anything more to say, she'll tell it now. But it will just be her word against his. She may be able to tell LE something that will allow them to arrest Ron. But even if he's charged, getting a conviction will be difficult.

LE has already confirmed Ron HAS been CLEARED. So I just don't get why people keep on and on about his involvement. LE says he's cleared, then he's cleared. They know the case way better than anyone

Sadly, I have come to the conclusion that we, the sleuthers, are enabling the Cummings to continue the scharades and to continue pulling in the "license fees" and the payments for the interviews and the Nancy Grace, JVM and all other talk shows. This very dysfunctional family has very earlier on figured out how to milk every cent they can out of the media. Of course, this family has always been on the dole, but now they can finally relax and not worry about earning a living by actually working for a living. They can continue on living off the taxpayers and to get the bonus dollars by selling photos of Haleigh, an innocent, beautiful little girl who was blessed with a family who evidently do not have any quams about milking her disappearance for every dime they can. JMO, but I think that after the last Nancy Grace show where we were fortunate to have Mike on in Nancy's place and also got to hear Mark Klauss' comment on this situation, TN found that the Cummings' families support of Misty was not very popular and made a PR decision to separate themselves from Misty. I'm sure, IMO, that this was explained to Misty that Ron just had to publicize that he was seeking a divorce and that it was all for the good of the case and for PR of course. The plan had to change a bit but Misty, it is just for looks ok? Nothing personal, it's business. Misty, of course, immediately jumped into her new role and darted off to Orlando. She thinks that the Cummings know best, because that is what they told her. yeah................and us the poor dumb public are suppose to just swallow this story from the Cummings without a single question. They must think we are as dumb as they are.

What I want to see is the rule book that describes the actions that the parent of a missing child is allowed to take

Okey Dokey -- I'll give it to you.

The Rule Book -- Cooperate with law enforcement. Immediately and until your child comes home. If LE wants to talk to you, say, "It will take me 17 minutes (or wotever) to be there."

And if they want to talk to you again and again and again, you talk with them again and again and again.

If your girlfriend or wife does not cooperate fully and in every way possible with LE, then kick her to the curb. You are giving aid and comfort to your enemy, because anyone who is not cooperating fully and in every way possible with LE is hindering the investigation into what happened to your little girl.

There you go. The rule book.

It is amazing to me how much influence Mike Brooks and Mark Klauss can have on Teresa Neves. Immediately after Teresa Neves realized that things were not all rosey, like Nancy Grace portrayed things to be, she started on Plan B. Ie., throwing Misty under the bus. The Cummings clan absolutely have to discredit Misty and make her the underdog who is absolutely unbelievable. That is just in case, Misty states something very discriminating about Ron, the golden child. It is going to be very interesting to watch the train wreck happen in slow motion. I'm going to bet that the very next time we get to see Ron and/or Teresa on tv, it will be to discredit Misty.
