I’ve read that there were phone calls between PM and somebody. If that’s true, it would be interesting to know about.

Has there ever been any credible reasons as to how someone other that Alex or other family member knew Maggie and or Paul would be at the house that night at that particular time. What the motive to murder either or both of them was if it wasn't Alex? How that person (s) got out there and then left without anyone seeing or hearing a vehicle ?

Yes. FITS reported the video was inconsequential (it didn’t record an argument or anything related to the murders), but rather showed that Paul, Maggie, and Alex were all together at the kennels before the murders. This is important because Alex had claimed to not have seen Paul or Maggie at Moselle after returning from the hospital. He claimed to have taken a nap and then left to visit his mother in Varnville. This video shows that was a lie.
As for what Paul recorded, it’s believed he took video of a friend’s injured dog that was in the kennel.
"This video shows that was a lie." I read that in Maury Povich's voice! Imagine confronting Alex with all his stories and hearing that over and over, "That was a lie. That was a lie. That was a lie!" LOL

Iirc it was a fellow bout PM BM age, same school, played ball that PM was on phone with, wonder if that is his dog.

I have wondered if AM knew PM was there, if PM parked on the other side of the outbuilding he may not have seen his truck.

According to our sources, investigators with the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) are scheduled to present evidence to a grand jury which implicates Murdaugh in the June 7, 2021 murders of 52-year-old Maggie Murdaugh and 22-year-old Paul Murdaugh at the family’s Colleton County hunting property, known locally as Moselle.

That evidence will be presented to grand jurors this Thursday (July 14, 2022), these sources say.

I doubt we learn much initially but I hope the weapons information comes out. If they are found, matched up, etc..

BREAKING: According to a well-placed source, SLED investigators have just left the home of John Marvin Murdaugh, having told the Murdaugh family that Alex Murdaugh would be charged this week with the murder of his wife and son.

I think Eddie told them where to find the gun.

I think they had a circumstantial case and did not feel confident taking that to a GJ. They pulled a sting operation on Eddie to get him in on steep drug charges and used that to negotiate. He gave them something they needed (my guess is physical evidence—like the gun, for example). That allowed them to have physical evidence, not just circumstantial, to take to the GJ.

Makes sense. I’m so ready to find out about the murders.

I think the Ms are talking to the Charleston paper.

Was Cousin Eddie involved in the murders? No, otherwise he would be locked up.
I think Cousin Eddie was summoned by Alex to bat "Clean-up" at the murder scene. He might have only been tasked with disposal of the guns, or maybe more. His testimony on what his actions were and what caused those actions will put Alex away. Is SC a death penalty state?
If so Alex could bargain for LWOP by turning states evidence on others.

He may have had some kind of tip but if they thought he was involved I wouldn’t think they would have let him go on a light bond.

If the charge am directly them it’s still going to be interesting to know the “no threat” details.

@CodyAlcorn

One of Murdaugh’s attorneys, @lawyergriffin just confirmed to me Murdaugh’s family was informed this morning by SLED apart of the SC Crime Victims' Constitutional Rights.
Griffin said @AGAlanWilson office told him they have nothing to update him on.

Griffin said if his client is indicted on murder charges later this week they plan to seek an immediate bond hearing to get the evidence on the record. He said as of now they have no comment due to the fact his client has not been indicted on a murder charge at this point.

It is not known whether the indictment will come from the state grand jury, which has issued numerous indictments against Murdaugh for financial crimes, or from a Colleton County grand jury. Most often, murder indictments are issued in the county where the crime happened.

“I have no official word from anybody about anything,” said attorney Dick Harpootlian, one of Murdaugh’s two lawyers.

Harpootlian speaks.

The state GJ were probably limited or instructed to only consider what was charged.
