MOO in the upcoming weeks I frankly feel there will be more come out on AM’s Law firm and individuals that worked there that knew all along or had a hand in this keeping death settlements and fraudulent schemes. Many of you sleuths have said all along that it would be hard for one person to have done all this taking money without anyone else knowing or figuring it out via account checks or other viable ways. It will be interesting how the law firm house of cards all falls down. MOO

I'll add to that that there will be other law firms, judges and bankers involved. AJMO

Maybe 25 to Life. JMO.
Good one, hope to see a lot of corrupt Murdaugh compadres with numbers almost as high.

But don't rehab stays usually have an end date? Like 6-8 months then it would go to an outpatient type therapy?

Alex Murdaugh was mastermind in diverting over $3.5M in death settlement checks, court docs say
https://twitter.com/jmonkatthestate/status/1445515745731887107?s=21

Less than two weeks after denying they had any role in the Gloria Satterfield settlement, partners at the Murdaugh family law firm now have a lot of explaining to do after court documents allege that firm employees participated in the fraudulent scheme.

Mastermind my as5
Sounds like spin from people who should have caught his blatant fraud years ago.

That recently posted article that mentioned MM asking PM that last week to help her with the dogs in the kennel has me wondering.

Here's a senario. Wasn't it said a groundskeeper was let go some time in that last week? If so, could it have been planned that way? Having a disagreement and dismissal to create a situation where now you know MM will be there every night after to tend to the dogs? Just thinking certain people might not think PM would get involved with that normally. Then his Mom asked him to help but without others knowing he'd be there.

Interesting. Because the South is strongly GOP now, right?
So, does this mean that the Murdaugh's are supportive of gays? Would a potential gay relationship with a Murdaugh cause a problem?

The county where they are based is rural and low country South Carolina. As a result, it could be majority black and thus statistically likely to support Democrats (then again, SC also has a black GOP senator). Even still, politicians in the area might need a (D)- however token, after their name to be viable.

As for a gay relationship causing a problem, that could be a very difficult question to answer due to possible spins. For example:

Rural SC is not SF. There could be a large number of democrats who simply dont associate with open homosexuality for cultural reasons.

One can be supportive of gay rights in the broader community, but at the same time, not be so supportive of gay relationships in the family.

Was the relationship discreet or open? Was the family member's role seen as being dominate or submissive? Macho roles are not really homosexual in the truest sense of he word- right?

Documents filed Tuesday show emails and letters from Alex Murdaugh and his paralegals acting as representatives of the estate of Gloria Satterfield in the wrongful death settlement.

That would be Alex Murdaugh — the only defendant in the settlement — claiming to represent Satterfield’s sons, who are the plaintiffs.

Considering this egregious conflict of interest, how would that not raise major red flags at PMPED?

“PMPED sent letters of representation of the Estate to third parties, prepared probate documents for the Estate and the Personal Representative of the Estate, notarized probate documents and exchanged emails with Cory Fleming, also attorney for the Personal Representative and the beneficiaries of the Estate about the settlement funds,” the motion said.

And don't forget the bank vice president buddy who was appointed the Satterfield boys eyes, ears and advocate. Wonder what his actual role was? Turn the head and take the cash? AJMO He's still listed on the Satterfield lawsuit, isn't he?

I would think there would be a treatment plan drawn up by his rehab team of Drs and counselors that LE or other investigators could get some idea from the Drs of what state of rehab he’s in and how long they think this might take. But I imagine HIPPA laws will prevent them from being able to find out much except they should know if he’s actually in rehab unless corrupt investigators are covering for him. Hopefully this isn’t the case. MOO

For me only one puzzle piece is missing. Who was hired to pull the trigger.
I’m not yet altogether certain that anyone was hired. MOO

Richter says Gloria’s son Tony didn’t know about the half a million-dollar settlement until he saw a report of it earlier this year after the murders of Paul and Maggie Murdaugh.

“We know where it did not go...we have some pretty good ideas of where it went but I’m not able to disclose where it went yet,” Richter said.

“Where we think it went stinks the hell”

But Richter says his clients lost out on a lot more than $505,000.

Lawyers for Murdaugh housekeeper’s estate say they know where missing millions in settlement are

In May of 2019, Richter says another unfiled petition was prepared to raise the price of the settlement to a total of $4.3 million. Richter says a hearing appears to have been held on this unfiled petition but didn’t provide any details on how he knows about this unfiled petition or the hearing held on it.

...

February 24 2019 boat accident, approximately 2 months later (may)the 2nd petition for more money was filled for satterfield estate. Also Beach lawsuit wrongful death filled may 2019.

Hmmm

AM approached Satterfield’s son at their mother’s funeral about a lawsuit and recommended Fleming. Dollars to donuts between GS’s fall and her death he had already had the plan in place to make money off her death.

I had been confused as to why Maggie would be out in the rain at the kennels late at night........... but now I can see how it could be with the love of the dogs, and the needs to tend to them.

BUT wasn't she just visiting there?? Living elsewhere??? So someone had to be tending to the dogs. So still confused......

Jmo

Or is it, GS’s “fall.”

And why did she have to “fall?”

In light of all that is coming out now related to the Murdaugh family, I hope GS’s death is reinvestigated.
