Well we never did find out who the "Good Samaritan(s) were or how PMPED people wound up at the "shooting" scene after the victim fled from it. I'd say let's not take it for granted that AM was unaccompanied for all the time he was there only because he and his lawyers have proven to be less than forthcoming about many things. AJMO

Yes. There’s still a lot we don’t know about that whole incident.

Excellent.
I wonder what, if anything, will happen with the banker? Being a President or Vice-President of a banking institution should/must require great scrutiny in the ways one comports themselves within that job. That would have to be true for judges also.

In a Friday ruling by the South Carolina Supreme Court, Cory Fleming was placed on interim suspension, pending an investigation, under a statute that states “upon receipt of sufficient evidence demonstrating that a lawyer poses a substantial threat of serious harm to the public or to the administration of justice” the court may suspend an attorney.

[...]

“The rules of professional conduct always will prevail over lawyers conduct. That is an absolute,” Bland told The Daily Beast on Friday when asked about the news of Fleming’s suspension. “It will be interesting to see if Alex [Murdaugh] supports that Cory was a victim and not a willing participant.”

Especially considering the news, posted and linked earlier, that PMPED generated some of the Satterfield lawsuit paperwork. How should that have been? Was one of the other lawyer's of that firm representing AM in the Satterfield lawsuit against AM? Since AM's name didn't appear on the lawsuit, was that handle by PMPED or CF? That in itself seems very unorthodox, doesn't it?

Hadn't heard of that. Is that like a grilled cheese but with bologna? lol I might have to try it.

The real secret is cutting 3 or 4 circumference-toward-center slits. MOO

Early on it was said that MM had asked for forensic audit of pmped, this was supposed to have happened around the last mediation for beach lawsuit. I thought I had read that MM was a partner as well in the firm. Then she is murdered. I have wondered what happened to that audit.

It was sept 2 this check is on AM’s desk from another law firm. The amount wasn’t stated. If other law firms were sending AM checks at pmped it’s possible others didn’t know until he left the check out. Idk

Jmo
....

I fry 2 slices (Oscar Mayer) bologna in butter just a few minutes, I put the bologna on a slice and take the other slice and sop up the butter out of the skillet.

We call that "a heart attack on a platter" in Memphis!

I know there is a lot of bologna coming out of the Lowcountry, but when I get a new alert for this case I get so excited and hopeful. When it turns out to be another fried bologna post, well … :(:(:(

With what we know now-it seems simply incredible that one man could muck up his life so badly, especially given he probably had a better start than most.
He was born on 3rd base!
And his dad was the coach.

As I have said before, it is my opinion that AM’s law partner brothers etal have engaged in the same type of fraud/skimming from settlements that they have handled for other clients.
If AM would have seen to it that GS’s sons had received the bullsh** amount of $500,000, in a timely manner, perhaps the banking and insurance fraud would have never come to light.
Greed, arrogance and stupidity by AM in that settlement will be the undoing of PMPED. And it should be. MOO
AM is no “mastermind”. He learned these tricks from those at the firm who came before him.
IMO
Right on! Well said.

I understand and apologize as we southerners are easily provoked by the word “fried”. I’m hoping to stay on the murders topic and like you, remain anxious to hear some news of justice.

Looks like Hootnanny is up for re-election.

Wonder if citizens of S.C. will factor in his recent cases?

Only musing — not sleuthing. MOO.
