^^rsbmI cannot get past the fact that property had been transferred into her name within the week (in June 2021 prior to the murders on the 7th), and upon her death the property/assets went into an estate that would be probated, and possibly a trust depending on her will.
This is incorrect. It was 2016 when for $5 and love and affection, the Moselle property was fraudulently transferred to MM.
The transaction was fraudulent because the property was collateral that had not been satisfied, and the transfer was simply to benefit AM. (i.e., SC's "fraudulent conveyance" statute).
However, since the transfer was not challenged until 2021, the court ruled the statute of limitations had expired and therefore, by default, the property was deemed owned 100% by MM.
But since MM's LWAT bequeathed all of her assets at death to her husband, AM, it was still a net zero game.
At death, MM's had $56 to her name, the Mercedes SUV, 100% interest in the Moselle property, and half interest in the Edisto property.
All of the property has since been sold and AM has not benefited one dime from MM's estate.
Except for about $500K that the Beach Family released from their claim for the benefit of Buster, the balance of the sales proceeds after banks, attorneys, court receivers, and estate costs were paid to the Beach family pursuant to the settlement agreement negotiated for Beach family vs the Estate of MM.
