12.39 ET - expert testifying:
This seems a no-brainer. seems Alec turned around after the fatal shots and just took a couple shots back out of anger or to add confusion with evidence.

what ya think?
Very possible

I'm going to call "error" on the size of that human figure in the CAD drawing. I think the figure is too short. Looks like his human figure is 4 feet tall.

See length of Maggie's body versus height of human figure.

I don't think they are being very specific about that, on purpose? IDK how this guy can't testify to flight path of bullets when he doesn't use the info of the wounds and the body's position while being shot
From all this, I'm guessing they're trying to confuse the jurors regarding the state's evidence.

Paul was shot while in the shed, opposite direction of the quail pen and dog house.

Maggie's body was found near the dog house. We know the shooter was moving as he shot her 5 times. If he missed a couple of times, it doesn't really make any difference.
Avery Wilkes is tweeting these went thru their bodies

Seeing these pens they had for the dogs and quail... how sad and disgusting. Those tiny cramped nasty pens. I hope they no longer have any animals. Says a lot about that family.
I certainly felt bad for the working dogs existence being in jail most of the time :( A nice chicken house and fenced in area does seem more humane for the birds. Tiny cages are horrible for range birds but these were birds they let go just to shoot

What the heck is that photo showing trajectory coming from high up in the air. This is terrible distortion of the evidence, JMO

They're throwing out a lot of red herrings here. Now says the shooter was 5 ft 2 in. Without taking into account the direction of the bullets moving through the body.

More Murdaugh shenanigans regarding transferring assets to family members to protect them so they can't be used to settle law suits.
"A last will and testament for Maggie Murdaugh dated 2005 left all the assets in her estate to Alex upon her passing. It's estimated the net value of her estate is in excess of $2.1 million after debts are paid off, with assets including the Moselle properties, a home on Edisto Beach, several vehicles, and various home furnishings and other property.

Alex in March attempted to disclaim his rights as inheritor to Maggie's estate, trying instead to pass the inheritance onto his surviving son Buster."

These visuals look like ninjas descended upon moselle and were the perpetrators.
