Also, Betty Crocker has the best gluten free cake mix, chocolate chip cookies and brownies. They really taste normal:)

Oh yeah he blathered on and on about that series of "facts" as he sees them too. As one of my journalist friends recently said to me about him (she can't stand him and warned me to keep my distance..for years) "I think we need to sage him off of you". I guess that's true! The worm like nature of his biased reporting which gets repeated as fact just gets under my skin! I need to detox! (a worm under my skin is definitely NOT a good image in my head! lol).
What really upset me was when several weeks ago Michael Kiefer retweeted a tweet with a link to a blog containing negative comments about Travis' sister Tanisha's past.

He replied that it wasn't relevant to the trial. But why did he have to include the link? What a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

We learned not to leave food on the counters because the Pit bull would get it down and share it with the Pom.

I figured out that Larry, my cat, has been working for the dogs. He jumps on the counter and pushes the food on the floor and they all have a feast. I left some meat on the counter and came back to shredded packaging all over the house. I think they pay him back by not torturing him.

That is really strange... and interesting. I think it would be worth getting tested. Yes... baby steps and for now one thing at a time. Dairy came up as an allergy as well.

When I agreed to give up the gluten I was like no way are you taking my cheese! I don't drink milk per se, a little yogurt but I am Norwegian and no way am I giving up my cheese. I have cut way back though.

My brother used to tease me that I needed to open a restaurant called "Tina's Cheese Palace" (that is my family nick-name) and serve cheese for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a gazillion different ways, that's how much I LOVE cheese.
I been sugar free and gluten-free for three years now. I eat whatever I want besides those things and I've gone from 240 lbs to 105 lbs and I can't seem to put on weight. It can be restrictive but these days most food is labeled with allergens and even most restaurants have gluten free menus. I make most of my food from scratch so I know what's in it. My digestives issues are much better and I feel better then I have for years.
I eat a lot of meat, dairy, cheese, fruits and vegetables. It's a good thing I don't have any problems with dairy or I would be in trouble.

Try Udis brand of gluten free baked foods. They are amazing, like white bread, bagels, pizza shells and blueberry muffins! They have a website where you can order and many more mainstream stores carry them , even Trader Joes!

I love their whole grain bagels. I have one most every day. I just wish they weren't so expensive. Franz also has a good gluten-free bread. There is a Franz outlet near me so I'm able to get it pretty cheap and freeze it.

Hilarious attachment! Describes it well!

I've had it happen to me a few times. It's the most awful feeling. It's like you are trapped somewhere between being asleep and awake and you can not move your limbs. You want to move and you try - AND YOU CAN'T! It's very scary! I haven't happen in years and hope it never happens again! Awful!

OMG I have been reading you guys' posts and I had this exact thing happen twice ! It was early in the am, my husband getting ready for work, and I was awake in my mind, but absolutely could not move a thing. I was trying to stop panic from taking over, but it was as though a weight was pressing down on my chest, I was in a waterbed and I swear I felt the mattress raising up all around me as I was being pushed down into the bed. I tell you I felt like I was screaming at the top of my lungs my husband name, and right before he opened the bedroom door he heard me and turned around and said did you say something !!! I don't remember clearly when I could speak, maybe when he came over to me, I know tears were coming out of both eyes and the awful thing was later when I said to him, didn't you hear me scream your name, he said it was a whisper and that he had barely heard me until he was about to open the bedroom door to leave. That was the most frightening thing ever in my life. I had it again a second time, when I was in the hospital after a surgery. It was a nurse I wastrying to make notice taht I was trying to get her attention...she finally noticed and said she just heard an airy sound come from me. That was not nearly as scary or last as long as the first time but still it is a panic. What if anything do you guys know about this ? Or have you read somewhere ? Sorry, to intrude but I just couldn't believe someone was talking about this exact thing that I had. TIA for any info

good morning everyone! i went to bed early last night and I missed the gluten-free discussion! darnit! I have been wanting to go gluten free for the past 6 months and am still doing some research on it. I try to buy gluten free at places like trader joes and whole foods (aka Whole Paycheck ahha) but I am def not completely gluten free. I am chronicially "Backed up" sorry TMI to the point where at age 27 I've already had a whole bunch of testing done, but everything has come back as normal. I go to a naturopath who provided me with homeopathic treatment that's all gluten free and so far so good. It's more expensive than going to a doctor because insurance doesn't cover it, but I highly suggest anyone interested in homeopathic remedies go to a naturopath, and most, if not all are gluten free! I put about 15 droppers of two different homeopathic tinctures in my water bottle every morning and keep drinking it throughout the day, it's easy peasy and keeps you drinking water too. I also take 3 caplets a day of the other 3 herbs I need...it's wonderful!

As far as the "backed up" goes (no pun intended!), I've heard that probiotics can help. There's one called "Pearls," by Enzymatic Therapy, that's tiny, and is enterically coated so it will survive stomach acid and go to the intestine intact. I've actually seen that at Walmart in the vitamin section (in a blue box).

This happens to me about once a year or so and it is very very scary. Now that I know what it is, it makes waking out of it a little easier but it's still scary going through it.

I've not be on the board for a bit and I'm sorry if this has already been posted (I have ton's on catching up to do :) ). I think this is what you are discussing:

Sleep paralysis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Wow, just saw on Facebook this was released.

Juan would kill himself if married to Wilmottt :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I WANT MORE!

wow, I just read those two transcripts...along with being incredibly whiney, Wilmott also has no sense of humor...she reminds me of that kid on the playground or in the neighborhood when everyone was growing up that i used to call the "tattle tale." maybe she's completely different outside the courtroom, but come on, that comment by Juan was funny

i pity people who have no sense of humor, must be sad going through life not being able to laugh.

can anyone tell me what time NG behind bars will be replayed today?

someone said it would be 2pm my time which is now and its not on :waitasec:
