BBMs Maybe this guy could be "the one", but it takes time to find out. Thanks all of you for your kind words and advice. I love you guys! I really did take your posts to heart today...I read off and on while running around like a madwoman at work (my boss is an idiot, I swear).
Definitely going to take a little step back. I ALWAYS fall too hard, too fast. Each guy I date is "the one." So far this guys seems really great. We don't have plans again until Sunday evening...were going to hang out tonight but I told him I was too tired and need to just relax.
To answer questions, he was married for 10 years, been divorced for 2. Good relationship with his ex....custody arrangement is very flexible. Their 3rd child was a "surprise," after that he made it so he can't have any more kids lol. He's very respectful when he talks about his ex.
He is looking for a commitment, just hasn't found the one yet. I'm not going to put myself in a "friends with benefits" situation...I tried that a few years ago and learned the hard way that I'm too emotional for casual relationships.
Anyway, I just took my sheets out of the dryer and they smell so good! Does anyone else hate making their bed? I'm actually contemplating sleeping on the couch tonight because I don't have the energy to make my bed lol.
Glad you are thinking about yourself and told him you were tired- can't let his needs come first; remember- you are important to yourself.
As for the bed making- I like clean sheets- so smooth and crisp (I hate wrinkles). I like making my bed- do it right after I have my coffee and a cigarette. My son's bed is another story- he has his mattress and box spring on the floor and it is difficult to make (for me), so guess who makes it? :floorlaugh:
I like sleeping on my old, comfy couch and always take a nap while "watching" TV in the afternoon. It actually is a sleeper couch (queensize), but I never use it that way- it's so comfortable just sleeping on the actual couch.
I'm so glad you have ,at least, started to see someone else and pray that you find your way in the crazy dating scene (I wouldn't want to be there again- :floorlaugh
