I need to get out more. The travel DVDS are cutting it. My MIL invited us on a River Cruise down the Rhine next year. Lovely invitation until I saw how long it was and it would be on a boat with her for 16 days. Oh hell no. Then I find out we have to pay for it. Hell no to that to.

Me! In Savannah. It was awful! We were in a downdraft from the paper mill. It smelled awful. People were getting sick from the smell.

It could have been really nice.
Bad timing I guess.

Things are so different for the kids now Kensie. It was so much more innocent when we were kids. The drugs were there, but not like it is now. It's the prescription meds that are the biggest problem. I've never had them in my house....he didn't get them here. It was the parent of a friend. Chronic back pain, and an endless supply of vicodin and dilaudid.

I'm glad you're feeling better.

So true Princess. I could not survive today as a teen or young adult. I shelled out $10,000 to get my 30 year help 8 years ago and I think it helped. In my case my 30 year got addicted to pain pills. Drugs are scary but the drugs do something because so many people use them. I cannot tell you how many people that looked down their nose at me because I had a kid in trouble. I wanted to yell at them 'count your blessings that you are not dealing with this and quit condemning me. Until you have been down this path, Please be quiet.?Parents of friends can be dangerous. I have been down that path. Back in my day, it was just pot and I was afraid of that.
