I have thought for a very long time that JM should turn her pedophilia lies around, use them as a weapon against HER, as the core of his penalty phase case.

I think there is no surer way to guarantee a DP verdict.

I've been meaning to post a long dissection of the testimony relating to day a boy photo did not float down to the floor.

I've rewatched it several times. I sincerely believe that this one hour of her being crossed by JM is the heart of the entire trial.

It'd be something if they got the jury out of this county, Yavapai. There were store owners who actually watched the trial on their PC's during work hours.
Other than that ding bat from Prescott, who fawned all over CMJA on MSM at the beginning of the trial (guy who's sister died from DV), haven't talked to anyone up here who wants to see her take another breath.

On the Juan Martinez Prosecutor Support Page it says, Ben Ernst, is the guy who donated the money for CMJA. He is the one who runs CMJA twitter page and that garbage she calls art. It was his credit card that was used. So in reality her garbage did not sell for $900. I really really hope Juan Martinez brings all this out. Damn she makes me sick!

I see from the tweets (thank-you geevee) from Jen that the trial is suppose to go on 'til Dec 12. Sounds a little ambitious to me as there is a lot of things that the jurors have to come up to speed in order to come to a verdict of either Life or Death. I think it will last longer than that- especially since they have days off- 10/9, 10/10, 10/13, 10/29, 11/10, 11/11, 11/26, 11/27- never mind that
they don't have court on Fridays. I guess we will see.

There's no "good stuff" when people are trying to disrupt our threads ( and don't respect someone's posts/opinions), IMO. That's one of the reasons that I like the Sidebar so much.
We don't try to "one-up" anyone and we really care about posters opinions/ideas/questions, etc.

Jodi is just plain evil. I would love to have get get the DP and have it swiftly carried out. However I know that The DP garners an automatic appeal and more free lawyers. Life in prison with no parole doesn't entitle a person to free legal representation so that would be a bonus there. Frankly I just want her out of the public eye where she can sit and get older, uglier and more desperate each day.

Recently ISIS has been in the news for the videos they released of them beheading innocent prisoners. The videos are indeed horrific. It occurred to me that this is basically how Jodi killed Travis. He was practically decapitated by her, stabbed over and over and shot. She definitely is worthy of the death penalty.

I'm glad they are investigating too. The woman I spoke with really nice, especially given the call volume she was wading through.

She also said they had NO idea who CMJA was, or Travis, until the calls starting coming in.

There are many folks on other sites who are standing by, willing to chip in to cover the $900 if St. Jude's returns the money. I'll be one of those folks.

She was happy that people understood St Jude's needs the donations, and seemed worried for the org to be connected to something and someone so ugly.

Don't be scared. Just "Alert" on the posts that are "scary" and Lamby will take care of it- that's what she's here for (but I know what you mean, my dear :scared: :facepalm.

That thread will get pretty hectic in the weeks to come and we won't get a word in edgewise, IMO. Remember how it was when the
trial was on- pages and pages and lots of people posting. And that's why the Sidebar is here- for some relief from the madness, I guess.

She didn't know who missy :jail: and Travis are? Wow. Maybe they will really find people/jurors who don't know about the trial.

I don't think St. Jude's will not accept the money from missy :jail: tho', IMO. They really need the money (it's one of my favorite charity- besides the ASPCA). They do

such a wonderful service for children with cancer and their families- free of charge. I wonder if she will have to speak to Marlo Thomas about this predicament?
