When I was watching the 7 hours Jodi on HLN last night...was shocked and sat up when she was talking just nonsense..and she mentioned something about filling up at a gas station..which had NOTHING to do with the question asked. Was right before she talked about kicking the dog with her right foot to see if it moved. Both times the hair on my arms stood up... that she was transferring reality of her killing and afterwards. Gas in Utah..kicking Travis when he was on floor (and perhaps that is when camera went off and took that photo)

It was REALLY strange to listen to her tid bits..that were later deja vu on reality. :moo: Did anyone else get such glimpes/hair standing on end that those comments were there?

Hi atthelake, I watched also. You are right! and I am with you. More than once I found myself thinking she was probably remembering what she did to Travis~making a story of it. Sne is a mean cruel biotch..I didn't really notice it much during the trial but now it seems to stick out! Oh I hate her~~~and I don't hate people:stormingmad:

Be really careful you don't express too much colostrum when checking the pH and Calcium levels. Colostrum is clear so it sounds as though she is ready to go soon. Is there any possibility the breeding dates are off? Because of the weather last winter, a lot of mares here delivered about 3 weeks late. Sounds as though things are progressing!

The last heat date I had was back the first week in August, and honestly, I figured she was "barren". Between the 2 failed IA's the previous owner had, and "slipping" a few fetuses at the 3 week mark when she was bred with Zubaz, I quit paying attention.
In hindsight, no mare I've ever brought onto this property produced a foal til 18 months after she got here, guess it's a matter of settling in. I was going off the full moon, since almost all foaled on full moons.

Too too funny It sounds as though maybe she got in foal later than August? Delilah was bred on April 16th this year, AI with fresh cooled to Bliss MF. She was ultrsound confirmed in foal and is due in March. I like your method though as it spares you thousands of dollars. Hopefully soon! Can't wait!

Has anyone seen or heard if any media is going to live blog the retrial? The MassLive live bloggers were so good in the Veiovis trial (and the two in the same case that preceeded it) I'm now hoping one of the local media there will. They aren't limited to 140 characters or twit jail, it's a great way to chronicle events as they happen, but they'd have to be dedicated to doing it all day, every day. Probably I'm hoping for too much with AZ media (given the fact that they won't even consistently man the cameras they get approval for unless someone else [like HLN] is paying for it).

The defense can bring mitigation witnesses, line them up, have them on the stand for days, and it will NOT change the fact that Arias premeditated this murder, stabbed him in the chest, stabbed him 28 more times in the chest and back and arms and legs, watched him bleed and suffer excruciating pain, then slit his throat and then shot him in the face and took pictures of it. Is someone really going to get on the stand and say Jodi is a nice girl? And then she takes pictures of her three hole wonder? Witnesses have nothing to fear from the public. What they fear is their own reputations being ruined by standing up for this murderer. Arias is neither nice nor moral.

I've tried stuffing a sock in my keyboard, but I can't figure out how. I suppose it might be theoretically possible to just get up and walk away, but, well, there are almost always cats involved. Like now, for instance. One stretched out on my outstretched legs (totally killing my knees and ankles), and the other one (the big, furry mop one) basically sitting on my chest, blocking the screen, making me hold the keyboard up and to the side with one hand and attempting to type with the other, making it difficult, but not impossible, to write anything at all. Jerks.

That's what I think as well. For one thing, if Travis were taking the pigtails picture, Jodi would be smiling -- or at least not looking quite so bored. If he were an active and willing participant, why no pictures together? And why no pictures AT ALL of Travis with a smile on his face?

So, yeah, I've always thought Jodi took the pictures of herself using the camera's timer. For the infamous photo showing two thirds of her infamous holes, did she have to back up to get into position? I wonder if she beeped.
