They didn't fight in front of witness.

Nancys plan going into spring, trying to figure out what to do.
Couldn't work so she was planning on going back to Canada.

Brad had agreed to let them go .

Told her Brad would spend time with girls, then never wanted to see them again????

That was one of the things Brad said, 'he'd spend time with them, nancy and the girls, and then have them leave and never see any of them again.' Perhaps this was something he told nancy, thinking 'if I never see any of you again I won't have to pay support', & maybe nancy said 'no way jose, you still will pay'. And that led to you know what hitting the fan? MOO's

No water. She couldn't pay, found out her accounts were closed. Worst day of her life. Witness told her she was scared for her and that he was crazy. You never know what a crazy person will do next.

You are doing a terrific job of posting. I'm just duplicating what you are saying so I'll take a break now. Still watching though.

Nancy was done, Exact words to witness.

Kids attended same preschool. Saw Nancy everyday, if not together, contact by phone.
Saw Brad and Nancy , Brad pulled in after Nancy, Nancy looked at her and shook her head. B was upset.
B and Nancy looked like they had been crying.

Brad and Nancy weren't speaking.
Took girls into school. She took her kids in and waited for Nancy to come out. Nancy told her Brad had told Nancy it was his morning with girls and Brad wouldn't let Nancy touch B.

For sure luckyme....I wonder what dirt they will try to smudge this women with??..She sounds credible...however..I sure hope she has a squeeky clean record :truce:

Brad said money was his, not hers.
The day the water was cut off is the day Nancy found out she had been closed out of all bank accounts. Told witness this was the worst day of her life.
Kurtz needs to stop objecting. It looks really bad for the defense, I hope the jury picks up on the defense not wanting this witness to testify what she was aware of.

Kurtz is objecting because it needs to be noted on the record, it's the same as the original objection. At this point it is procedural. You will notice it is being said softly as is the judges "over ruled".

The reason that Nancy wanted to move wasn't clear. Witness stated that something had happened in the Lochmere neighborhood between Brad and Nancy and that's why nancy wanted to move.

She wanted to move out of that house because that's where Brad and Heather M. had sex.

Jan or Feb.

Prior to going away party Nancy got passports for girls, was getting house ready to sell. painting etc.
Nancy was in MBR, Brad was in guest room.
Not doing cleaning or laundry for Brad.
Brads bedroom/sheets dingy looking, bathroom was very dirty.

The defense will put on friends that say nancy was more of a crazy person. just wait and see. moo

Thank you. I thought it was tied into the original objection. But if the jury isn't totally in the loop, it appears bad.

Time of party Nancy hired lawyer, to assist in separation agreement.

<this is the saddest party ever, i think>

Brad was NOT happy with agreement, told Nancy she could go to Canada but girls were staying.
His concern was he wouldn't see girls enough, and money.
List prepared by Brad, 2 lists girls names, personal interests by girls.
To do list, wills, blue books ins policies, cancelling accounts, found under his office keyboard.
Concerned/disturbing. Though maybe Brad was suicidal.

ALL defense has to do is initially make a "Standing Objection" to anything that Nancy said to this witness..and no need to object every few minutes..I have seen that done before in many cases..

IIRC, didn't the Young's, Jason & Michelle, live in Apex? I don't think Apex is *cheaper*, I think there are expensive and less expensive areas in Apex.

No, Youngs lived in Enchanted Oaks neighborhood off Penny and Lake Wheeler Roads. Had Raleigh address but not located within any city limits, out in the county. Overall, Cary is slightly more expensive than Apex for comparable homes.

Asked Brad to leave, numerous occasions. Checked into renting an apt.
Not good affect on girls, B began having potty accidents. Brad wouldn't leave.

Nancy kept docs locked in car.

I'm curious that she wanted BC to leave the house. How was she expected to live in that house with no income (mortgage)?

I suppose she expected him to continue to provide the same home environment for the children.

Wanted Nancy to give her docs, or attorney but Nancy never did. Brad took girls passports out of glove box.
Spare keys locked in car, kept key she used in her pocket, to keep Brad out of her car.

Worried Brad would take her car.
