Before time of death still saw her regularly.
Spoke to her by cell and home phone. When Cisco phones installed she heard clicking noises and calls were dropped. Thought Brad was listening in on home phone.

Installed after Jan. Nancy asked phones to be removed.

Wanted Nancy to give her docs, or attorney but Nancy never did. Brad took girls passports out of glove box.
Spare keys locked in car, kept key she used in her pocket, to keep Brad out of her car.

Worried Brad would take her car.

And given this info..we are suppose to believe Brad was asked to clean out nancy's care before she left for vaca with her kids, parents and sister???...
This flys in the face of logic where Security of her papers and things are concerned???

I'm curious that she wanted BC to leave the house. How was she expected to live in that house with no income (mortgage)?

Many people who separate, do it that way. The children remains in the home with the guardian parent while the other parent moves someplace else until financial matters are settled and new accommodations can be secured. Since Nancy didn't have an income, it would be impossible for her to take the girls and move into an apartment.

Phones were removed.

Nancy had conversations about how to split the girls, Jan/Feb. Brad said they should each take a girl and be done. <JERK>.

I wonder if staying with a friend (any friend) was ever considered?

Nancy called on drive back. Talked about coming over that night but was too tire.
Called next morning extremely angry. Bugs in playroom kitchen, food still laying out from before they left.

I don't know, I think it would be hard to do with 3 people, Nancy and the 2 girls, for an indeterminate amount of time. A month maybe, but a lengthy divorce with no end in sight? If I were Nancy, I wouldn't want to ask my friend, also a family with numerous children, to take me and my two kids in for what could be a year or more, because I can't get a job, I don't have a work visa.

Discussing dropping off 2 year olds at pre-school summer camp. Last week of Nancy's life. Nancy's painting plans at Jessica's. Lots of statements that she "hated Brad". More times than HP could count.

More support that Nancy was "very angry" that Brad was cutting off her allowance since she did painting at JA's.

Hated him earlier that week because of the condition of the house, on Friday because he told her she didn't get her allowance that week because she made money from Jessica's. Mad because she thought she'd have extra money.

No passports for the children, she couldn't go back to Canada without passports for the girls.

Swimming on Friday with HP and kids. Testimony about what NC ate for lunch and that she had a Diet Coke with lunch. Jewelry she was wearing at pool.
