And he is playing victim bc meanies on social media ??? Seriously it’s no wonder this family didn’t stand up for Suzanne and the children sooner to save at least Suzanne’s life. The kids are now going to grow up under this murder and dismemberment either a saw backdrop. The only way to get truth into this community is to bring in outside objectivity.

People don’t resort to murder if it’s the first time domestic violence occurs in a household. This is years in the making.

It's now been two months since his wife Suzanne was last seen and law enforcement have still not recovered a body.

The judge has reset Simpson's next hearing date for Feb. 12 because his attorney will be gone for the rest of the year.

Brad's brother, Barton Simpson spoke out following the hearing.

He said this was the first time he has seen his brother since he was arrested back in October. He said the man he saw in court Monday was not the same man he knew before Suzanne went missing.

Barton Simpson is a very fine man... Thank goodness that he is doing what he can for Suzanne's children.
So very sorry for his brother's children not having their mom anymore; so very angry, angry, angry at his you-know-what brother. I do not think that Brad will ever admit what he has done to his wife and to the children who loved her so.

I am glad that the kids have each other and that they are with good people -- at least they have that -- and their many, many good memories of their mom.
I just cannot imagine having to go through this, or to watch how this has come to be.

It’s hard to explain, the look killers get especially spousal killers after they comment murder. Chris W, Barry M, P Frazee, another correlation they were all 3 working out getting buff, perhaps on steroids, exception Frazee he was just a mean Son #@%#$*

JUST IN: Judge Joel Perez has issued a gag order in Brad Simpson’s criminal cases. Attorneys, witnesses and law enforcement involved in the case are prohibited from discussing it with the media. It’s rare for such orders to be issued in Bexar County.

Judge issues rare gag order on Brad Simpson case following first open court appearance

SAN ANTONIO - A gag order has been issued in the criminal case of Brad Simpson, husband of missing Suzanne Simpson, in a surprise decision by Judge Joel Perez.T

The order includes anyone who has given a statement to law enforcement personnel, to the District Attorney's Office or have testified in any proceedings in this case.

The judge's order notes that any further interviews or statements made to media would interfere with Simpson's right to a fair trial by an impartial jury.
