I have to go with water at this point.
  • She told her personal banker to look for her in a lake.
  • He bought two bags of concrete and only one was found in the home search.
  • He bought an orange Home Depot bucket with lid.
  • When he bought the two 1 gallon jugs of water, the tarp was still in the truck. The trash can was still in the truck.
  • When he entered the Boerne area from Bandera County, the blue tarp is no longer visible.
  • When he picked up his daughter, the trash can was still in the truck.
  • At the car wash in San Antonio, the only thing left was the ice chest.
Who knows what was in the trash can. Maybe whatever is used to mix cement, which could have been put into the Home Depot bucket to weigh her down.... Ugh, this is so awful to think about. :(
So they were able to find all that info, but they don't have any info showing where he went exactly in Banderas County? Somewhere there is apparently where he got rid of the tarp, which, imo, held her body, if I read correctly. They do know of some property he has in that county, IIRC, as well as some belonging to his friend who allegedly hid that gun for him. That should lead them in the right direction and then hopefully find CCTV or some public cams of some sort that caught him or his truck in that area.

Warrant: Brad Simpson transported 'large bulky item', bought cement and bleach, and drove to a dump site. Something was underneath a blue tarp that was secured to his pickup by a strap or a rope, the officer wrote. https://expressnews.com/news/article/brad-suzanne-simpson-san-antonio-murder-19911072.php?utm_campaign=CMS%20Sharing%20Tools%20(Premium)&utm_source=t.co&utm_medium=referral via

Evidently Brad left the blue tarp and its contents in Medina Tx on 10/07/24. They are saying he only had 13 minutes in town between the west bound and east bound detection on a camera. I wonder what connections, property or personal, Brad has in Medina? I am speculating that drop off was an overnight location. He probably returned on 10/08/24 and concealed Suzanne’s body when he had more time. Why don’t they continue to give evidence of his movements on 10/08 until his arrest in the early morning of 10/09/24? If he did not return to Medina the following day that would lead to speculation that he had help. Thirteen minutes is not enough time to mix concrete, or dig a hole. There are no large bodies of water in the town of Medina either.

Medina is a small town of approximately 500 people in western Bandera County; 9 miles west of the property on Highland that is mentioned as the scene of the burning. There is a Medina county that is nearby as well just to complicate the situation. As well as Medina Lake that I believe is in both Bandera and Medina Counties. I may be wrong on that.

In one article it said his text to cotter said bring a guy and meet me …(the haul a— text) …

My hypothesis is that he met up w “the guy” and cotter and the guy took the truck to Medina and handled the transfer of items to another ranch truck quickly (supplies andtarp wrapped body etc ) and then returned the truck to Brad . COtter later took the guy back to the other vehicle and dropped him off to do the burial. While Brad drove around boerne with stuff in his truck and dropped off / went to burn the laptops at diff locations in and around boerne.

Just a guess. But he had help it seems clear.

There’s a lot of cartel operating around the area and this is border country so this transfer of something wrapped up and such is not really odd for illegals working on cartel ranches . Sorry to say .

Medina Lake is between Bandera and Medina… I’d like to know if Cotter had a boat and where his phone data captures him on 10/7 and 10/8

Correct has a ranch in bandera county. The ranch has a house too. The whole meet me at your house in boerne was a rouse to throw LE people off. cotter doesn’t need a lake …western bandera county is treacherous rugged country. If my theory is correct and there was a handoff, Brad isn’t lying if he says he doesn’t know where she is. He actually doesn’t . Also dominion where cotters main house is is ridge w cartel living behind the gate. So the human networks here make it plausible that the boys know who to call if they have issues. Just sayin. Food for thought.

Determined and evil people . The tragedy is the chikdren. Throughout this time i keep thinking where are they ? Thrown to the wind while he’s running around 3-4 counties playing cops and merderer . Idiot.

The lack of a boat is why I’m a bit skeptical of Suzanne being in water. If he did have access though, that changes everything.

It is definitely starting to look like he had help in Medina- 13 minutes is a tight timeline- and if he had help and someone else took care of “things” then he might not know exactly what happened next… moo just thinking out loud

Someone has probably already said this down the line (that I haven’t read yet). But, I feel like they need to search Medina Lake because it sounds like he used the cement to wear down her body when he dumped her in the lake (pure speculation )
Medina Lake and Medina the town are very far away from each other. Plus Medina Lake is dry right now...His house in Bandera is actually about half way between Medina and Bandera, so getting to Medina and the dumpsters he was allegedly tracked to for 13 minutes would make sense.

This article breaks down the timeline really well:

Here's the body disposal window. He would have had to have mix the concrete at some point, so we've got to remember that.

After 11:15 a.m.

A video canvassing team located a surveillance camera showing Brad's truck driving westbound from Boerne into Bandera. The blue tarp with the fire rack on top of it remain in the truck bed.

Location data captured Brad's truck traveling westbound through Bandera County into Medina, Texas.

The on/off cycle of his cell phone continued.

His vehicle remained in the Medina area for approximately 13 minutes prior to heading eastbound back Into Kendall County.

1:41 p.m.

Brad's truck is seen on cameras entering the Boerne area.

"Upon further observation that the blue tarp is no longer visible, and the firewood rack is now repositioned within the truck bed," the affidavit reads.

Medina Lake is not between Bandera and Medina...It is quite a ways from Medina, on the other side of Bandera near Pipe Creek. I grew up here, so for sure not trying to discount your post, just want to make sure info doesn't get mixed up :)
