Timeline is tight, water burial seems out (water table doesn't support), dug grave seems unlikely, just no time for it.

What's he got access to? People do what they know.

My guess: 50/100' feet deep, with a crown of concrete.

Timeline is tight but doesn't mean he didn't call his buddy and have him on some machinery somewhere doing the digging until he could get there...just a theory of course.

I would think LE will or has obtained search warrants for cellular data of the other possible players in this to see what communications there may have been between BS and them.

Cellular data of those people may also be used to pinpoint their locations at critical times if they are believed to be involved with the disposal. Which may shed light on where her body may be.

I personally think BS dumped her body in an abandon oil well casing he knew he could access quickly. Then dumped a bag of Quickcrete on top of her to hopefully conceal the body.

10 pm: SS and BS struggle outside home in Olmos Park

11 pm: BS starts truck

- 11:09 pm BS turns off cell phone

Monday 10/7/2024

12:33 am BS truck on camera at HEB (no cargo except white ice chest)

(I am going to assume that he went home after this and that’s when neighbor heard truck return home)

07:53= Truck on camera at Howard Early Childhood Center (with white trash bags x2, and ice chest)

* assume BS returns home and loads up truck with another trash bag (now 3), LRG trash can, blue tarp w/ concealed body.

09:12 BS truck on camera at Whataburger with trash bags x3, lrg trash can, blue tarp w/ body

09:53 BS at Home Depot bought: 2 bags quickcrete, Orange contruction bucket w/ lid, 32 ct trash bags, Clorox, and bug spray)

- BS asked random person where nearest dump site is in Boerne

10:07 BS truck caught on camera leaving Kendall County waste site (toss trash bags? Or just assessed and left?)

11:15 BS truck at Valero in Kendall County

- Bought gas and 1 Gal water x2

- White trash bags missing (Blue tarp w/ body and lrg trash can still present)

- Changed into cowboy boots

- Did he mix concrete here?

11:20 Surveillance camera catches truck heading from Boerne to Bandera (items still seen in truck) and truck data shows BS driving to Medina (BS shuts off phone), was there for 13 minutes, before heading back towards Kendall county.

* What is the exact location where BS stopped? Was it in a wooded area? Was it near the lake? Did he hide her body to later return to it to dispose of it?

13:41 BS truck on license plate reader (LPR) entering Boerne (NO LONGER HAS BLUE TARP)

15:27 LPR (location unknown)- perhaps at Kindergarten picking up daughter? But, not blue tarp

16:07 BS on camera at carwash cleaning driver’s side and rear passenger side w/ Clorox

- Forensics of truck noted BS blood and dried cement splatters in L rear passenger side and in back of truck

< BS unaccounted for between 10/7/24 16:07 and 10/8/24 16:35 (at least from what we know from the arrest affidavit) >

Tuesday 10/8/2024

- 9 am OPPD and BS phone interview re: missing SS

- Forensics indicate that BS wrote 2 notes on his phone

- Bandera sheriff “contacted” BS while he was standing next to an active fire on his property

- which later revealed evidence of a laptop and 3 phones

16:35 BS texted Cotter, “If you’re still in Bandera, can you haul *advertiser censored* and meet me at your house?”… “I don’t have much time…” (* Assumption: BS knew Cotter would be in Bandera that day, now communicating via regular phones since (assumption), BS and Cotter were communicating previously with burner phones that were burned earlier that day.)

Cotter: “I will be there in 40 mins.”

BS: OK, make sure and leave all that *advertiser censored* in the pump house, especially that gun”.

20:31 Cotter to BS, “Get over here, I won’t tell anyone.”

Wednesday 10/08/2024

12 am- ish: BS arrested.

Questions that I am left with:

- What were Cotter’s whereabouts between 10/7/24 11am and 10/8/24 2030?

- Did he help dispose of the body?

- Did BS permanently dispose of the body during the 13 mins in Medina or did he just hide it for either him or Cotter to dispose of it?

- Does BS or Cotter own a boat? Which would give them access later to dump body in the lake? OR a nearby well/sewer/water tank?

- Digging would require a shovel and there was no mention of a shovel being found.

- The orange bucket and lid has not been recovered

-If the body was temporarily placed in Medina, I would think that he would have had the body permanently disposed of (either by him or Cotter) by the time he burned the burner phones the morning of 10/8.
Thank you for the time line. I always enjoy your ability to organize.
I am back to Sunday night 10/06. He starts his truck at 11 PM. Turns the phone off at 11:09. Next timeline is 12:33 AM on Monday 10/07 at HEB on W Olmos at San Pedro. What has he been doing? No sightings of his truck on camera? Where is Suzanne? Where are the minor children? Why is he at HEB? The store had closed at 11 PM on Sunday night. Yes many employees are at the sight doing stocking, but it is not open to the public. Did Brad kill Suzanne in the woods or in the house? If in the woods how did he move her without being observed? If in the house how did it happen without the children being aware? Just me trying to understand.

There isn’t a lot of oil and gas activity in the Bandera/Medina area. There would be old water wells and possibly old hand dug cisterns on a lot of places in the area. IMO
There might not be many active wells there now, but 30-40 years ago it looks like there was. Which may leave many old abandon wells which may still be easily accessible to a guy who knows the oil business.

Medina, Texas is located in Bandera county, not Medina county.

There were once producing wells in Bandera County as well, which still may leave some old abandon wells that were not properly capped and still may be accessible to dump a body in.

There’s no oil wells in bandera or Kendall county. I grew up there. It’s caliche hill country with lots of cedar and very little top soil. Rugged and harsh land. Sheep & goat country at best.

It seems to me BS has provided four different explanations for Suzanne’s whereabouts:

-Last seen Sunday night 11 pm (OlmosPark PD initial missing statement)
-Saw her sleeping in one of the kid’s rooms at 6:30 am Monday AM (Olmos Park statement next day)
-She went to Austin (Brad stated in family court and also told Suzanne’s friends this one)
-She was at her Mother’s house.

So they have found no info on where he was for over an hour right around midnight Sunday nite? That's the night AFTER she was last seen, correct? Their last fight was on Saturday nite (or if after midnight, early Sunday am.) And they don't know where he was around midnight Sunday night because they know he purposefully turned off his phone. Wonder when he turned it back on. His next known whereabouts was at HEB grocery store at 12:33 am, which was past closing time, so just in the parking lot. I was assuming that info came from HEB parking lot camera, but it may be from his phone if he turned it back on. Or could it also come from his truck data?

Wonder what the camera or data showed him doing at HEB. Did they just spot his truck as it passed by, was he even in the actual parking lot, if so what was he doing?? Did he get out of his truck? What's in the back then? AND how far is that from his home?

I think during that drive around late Sunday nite, he may have been scouting out a dumpsite. Or maybe he went somewhere and bought a couple burner phones. Could've met his friend and given him one then, all IMO only.

To think he drove his daughter to school with her dead mother in the truck bed is pretty incredible.
^This is such an awful thought. There is no depth to the callousness these guys have. Patrick Frazee went to Thanksgiving dinner at his mother’s house with his infant daughter… all the while he had just been transporting the baby’s dead mother that he had just murdered in the bed of his truck.

Here's the body disposal window. He would have had to have mix the concrete at some point, so we've got to remember that.

After 11:15 a.m.

A video canvassing team located a surveillance camera showing Brad's truck driving westbound from Boerne into Bandera. The blue tarp with the fire rack on top of it remain in the truck bed.

Location data captured Brad's truck traveling westbound through Bandera County into Medina, Texas.

The on/off cycle of his cell phone continued.

His vehicle remained in the Medina area for approximately 13 minutes prior to heading eastbound back Into Kendall County.

1:41 p.m.

Brad's truck is seen on cameras entering the Boerne area.

"Upon further observation that the blue tarp is no longer visible, and the firewood rack is now repositioned within the truck bed," the affidavit reads.
Are there any bodies of water in the general area that are possibilities?
Could Boerne Lake be a possibility?

Did he mix the concrete in the rear passenger compartment?

4:07 p.m.

Officials say Brad arrived to the Bubble Bath Carwash on San Pedro. Surveillance cameras show him washing and cleaning the driver front side and the rear left passenger side of the passenger compartment.

Later, photographs show dried cement splashes in the rear passenger compartment of the vehicle to include in the truck bed. Another photograph showed a 30-ounce Clorox bottle within the rear passenger compartment of the vehicle. The truck bed contained only the ice chest with no other items that were observed in previous surveillance videos, the affidavit says.

Numerous lacerations and bruises…..that is telling to where he may have taken Suzanne.
She may have had time to scratch or bite him IMO a few times however numerous lacerations and bruises implies more than 2 or 3.
I am thinking the disposal place is near mesquite brush or thorn thickets possibly low lying shinnery oak clusters, all of the above will cause lacerations the bruising is questionable unless he fell down or traversed a very rocky area with barbed wire fencing.
Speculations on my part.
