Nothing JB does shocks me any more! But lying in court when the person you are lying about, Brad Conway, is sitting in the same court room just PROVES to me that JB has zero ethics. I never thought he did. But the entire way JB has sleazed through this case should concern HHJP, JAC and whatever organizations care about ethics.

I have no doubt WFTV will be all over this story soon. WESH is too concerned with getting a defense "exclusive": which translates into JB opens his mouth and blatantly lies and WESH runs with it! I am pleased to see all of the commentors at the Orlando Sentinel praising WSers and MM for getting the disks and posting this information.

Much like CM openly threatening a presiding judge, JB is also showing cojones the size of Texas. It takes a lot of arrogance to pull that off in a Court of law. Watch that clip again of him in Court. He lied and lied big time in open Court to a CHIEF Judge and he didn't even blink twice. It was a brazen thing to do and was the stupidest thing he could have done.

I just realized something...the above transcript has a case number 10-86155all it's own and is associated with case number 08-74777...so to me that is very telling. I wonder if this new parallel investigation will be brought before a Grand Jury for them to decide if charges get placed on those involved in this tampering allegations..JMHO

I got really curious about these two case numbers. After doing some unsuccessful messing around with the Orange County Clerk's site (criminal and civil cases, plus a look into KC's records), I decided to try google (lol).

The case numbers are for OSCO LE. The first two digits refer to the year, ie 10 = 2010.

08-74777 is OSCO's case number for KC felony investigations. I base this surmise on the page results for google. A quick glance down the results list shows case-related interviews and associated LE personnel.

Considering the preferential treatment that WESH has shown to Baez I have to wonder if he has not promised them an interview with his client sometime down the road. Of course his promises mean nothing..........but still.....

Indeed she will ask for a hearing on the matter and I believe she will get exactly that. These are just perfunctory steps, everyone at that table knew, we are going to ask, you are going to object to make a record and then we move on to step B. Eventually, much like Dominic Casey, he will indeed give his testimony, imo.

I don't think she will because I didn't get the feeling that he could verify anything they were after. I think the main thing they wanted was to know if the paper MS showed JJ was an original and he couldn't say that it was or wasn't. KS had me shaking my head many times with his responses. He was supposed to be representing JJ and he didn't look or read the document, doesn't remember if MS took it with him, etc.

I wonder if JB is currently popping a Tums a minute into that lying mouth of his? The Dream Team all left the Defense like the courtroom is on fire and the LKBs and ALs and BCs of the world can all take in a huge breath of air and feel at least glad they are not JB. This LB thing though is not going away. Nor are the ethics charges that are sure to be leveled vs. JB after the punishment of ICA has been rendered.

I know JB doesn't appear to have the sense of bed bug...but I get queasy when I just thinking about the potential trouble JB will be in--and I want him to be in hock for it. But if I can get nervous about something I haven't even done--what gives with him? Granted, LittleBitty would never involve herself in anything unethical but STILL...

But that does not explain the universal silence about this one issue! The media is covering every single other item that has so much as a hint of bombshellitude (and granted, we were greatly gifted with same in this dump)--which makes it all the more glaringly obvious that none of them are covering the biggest bomb of all!

Can someone tweet Rad or KB and ask them to opine?

Otherwise the only explanation that makes sense IMO is a combination of wanting to protect BC's reputation (does the "no snitchin'" rule apply in legal circles as well as on the street? is BC now a rat?) and not wanting to sidetrack the trial at hand.

I'm think LE has something to do with it. This is an ongoing investigation and maybe they don't want to muddy the waters so close to Casey's trial. The last thing they need is an outraged public demanding arrests be made.

Not everyone is a patient as WS'ers. The average public person is not going to sit here and read through thousands of documents... they will only hear and react to what they hear on the news.

I don't think the media should focus on these issues right now. This is just me, but I don't want these reports to take the attention away from Casey's trial. To take attention away from that, would be to put Caylee on the backburner... once again.

Me too!! I'm not too impressed with her ethics so far. I'm starting to think that the truth is secondary to the win in criminal defense and that's really sad.
I'm also realizing that everyone is blaming ICA for the huge costs the state is absorbing to take this case to trial. She's only a fraction of the problem and entitled to be indigent IMO. Reading through the Kelly Sims transcripts, or the first 30 or so pages of his lawyer objecting, deflecting, whatever until suddenly litigation is mentioned and viola she shuts up. Illegal conversations? Suddenly he remembers speaking to AL. Only took what 35 pages of BS to get there. Why did the lawyer need a lawyer anyway?
Anyway how much did that interview that got maybe 2 straight answers cost the state? How much is the parallel investigation into all the lawyers and investigators they hired who surround ICA going to cost?? It's money well spent if it cleanses out the Florida Bar and exposes AL but seriously. JB and his team are the ones milking the taxpayer not ICA IMO. :banghead:

This trial isn't over yet... Who knows what trouble JB and the other players in this case can get into the next few months. They have to be desperate right now. The trial is only a little over 3 months away... enough time for JB to continue tightening that rope around his neck.

It sounds to me that some of this information into the "tampering" cases was important enough that it applied to Casey's murder trial. I believe that that is the reason that some of these pages were released.

Who knows what all LE is planning to do after this trial? They could be building cases against numerous people and we wouldn't know it. I remember thinking they were going to arrest Joy Wray on the spot after they talked to her one of those times. Joy Wray made a statement that she only wanted to get "her side of the story out" and one of the detectives jumped on her something fierce and told her "You don't have a side" or something like that.

I really hope that there are three more cases numbers... One for Cindy. One for George. One for Lee... let me add... One for Dominic Casey.

I know I am not giving them much credit but geez, it is a very complicated thing to follow. More than once I was spinning in circles.

...and it doesn't help that LE...even when questioning...is holding things close to their chests...letting out just enough information to the interviewees (is that even a word?) for them to realize that they (LE) are aware of a lot...but there could be more. IOW, lying will only hurt ya!!
