A reporter at the scene has apparently been told by rescue teams at the entrance of the cave that the lowered water levels have shortened the journey out of the cave.

Many chambers are reportedly walk-able now, which would go some way to corroborating the Reuters report.

Further rain, however, is forecast later today

NBC reporting helicopters with first boys have landed at hospitals. Doesn't say where. Other boys are probably moving now, too. 11 to go.

So happy for the boys and their families and for rescuers.

Guardian reporting that the BBC reporter is reporting (are you keeping up) that she's now seen four helicopters take off for the main hospital.

And it says the order of extraction has been reversed to weakest boys first, strongest last.

Police posted at Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Hospital said they’re on stand by till midnight. At about 7pm reporters were told to move out of the road in front of the facility. #thamluangcaverescue

"Lieutenant-General Kongcheep Tantrawanit has said another four of the boys are expected to walk out “shortly”.

They are currently at the divers’ “base camp”, inside the cave system, he said, according to Agence France Press.

“Four boys have reached chamber three and will walk out of the cave shortly,” he said,."

Are there still other personnel still with them? I assume so, So actually it may be slightly longer for the last to be out. I can't until no one is left behind.

You know, it's probably really weird, but I had thought that I hoped the rescuers were relaying World Cup results etc to them. As a soccer team I'm sure they'd be interested! And distracted. They sound like such brave boys. They may be too weak to go to the final but it's an awesome idea regardless!
