Theories discussion: What could have happened to Haleigh? #4

You just made me think of something, Lone. What if Misty was giving a little drug party that included her brothers and Jo and possibly one of her girl's (NayNay maybe). That seems to me the only way to tie all the cars in together that had damaged. Maybe Misty was going to wrap the party up early (before 3a) and try to clean up before Ron got home. Ron came home unexpectedly and everyone was still there. Then all hell breaks loose. In the wrath of everything Haleigh ends up dead. Nobody wants to tell the truth about what happened so they all LIE.

This is the most logical explanation I have read. If one could use the word logical to describe any part of this tragedy, JMO.

OT:

If you view the video of Hardy being questioned about the pink shirt, much can be inferred. He would NOT comment on where the shirt was found....stating "If that's what Bowling said, I guess I will have to go along with it". He prefaced that with a question to the media, "Is that what misty told him?"

If the FBI, etc had been in that MH for a week, I am sure they would have been the people who found that shirt if it were in the house. I could never believe they waited a week and misty strolled in and found it for them....no way.

i was looking for that video and couldn't find it.... i will keep looking, when i find it i will post it... IMO, this video gives much insight into the way LE is handling this case.... (close to the vest, very close)

He wouldn't confirm or deny anything that was being asked...... To me that says that Misty didn't find the pink shirt, that LE did, and put Misty on the spot when they found it, kinda like LE did with Casey and her working at Universal Studios......

It appears by listening to Hardy that he is not saying that was reported about the pink shirt is necessarily true. No matter what was asked his reply was it is relevant to the investigation and I cannot comment.

Between this comment and the search done the first few days, I am going to stick my neck out again and say the pink shirt was recovered elsewhere...not where Misty said.

I see that there is a pink shirt thread now also....

to add to that, IMO, it wasn't found by Misty either.....

I am curious as to why they took Crystal to the vacant house. It seems like it could have been in welatka or Pomona Park. Is there a reasont they showed her this place? Did she and rc live nearby it at one time? I wonder it it is near Beecher Springs Rd?

I remain curious about Hank SR and his car wreck. Hit and run; drunk driver; no insurance. Serious injury and yet no report on this. It may not be related to Haleigh but it sure is another conincidence and another battered car in the story.

IMO They all have a part in this.....

Chad's party-Nay Nay-Tommy-Hank Sr.-Joe O.-his "friend"-MISTY

After listening again to the video of Hardy, what reason would the reporter have for commenting that it was stated the pink shirt was never worn outside the house. RC and misty both said she wore a pink shirt to school that day. I thought it was the Hannah shirt. I thought that was what the fuss was all about that morning...just guessing.

Was it worn and then washed and that is why the reporter said that it was stated it hadn't been worn outside the house. Her tan shorts were found near her bed, but her pink shirt was not? Sykes said misty bathed the children that night. misty never mentioned she did EVER. Man, we can't get anyone to agree on anything that happened feb 9.

Highly unlikely that ten or more people would be involved or know something and not talk...just plain weird. Thirty thousand dollars would make somebody talk...I would think.

IMHO.. IF any of these people are involved, you can bet your bottom dollar Ron C is also... And sole responsiblility for whatever it is that happened to Haleigh is on his shoulders...IF it wasn't, none of these people would be breathing...JMO

Ron has his own group of friends he "wheel & deals" with.....

Seem like that night he knew who to focus on,
"If I find him; I will kill him."

IMHO.. Ron C was blowing HOT AIR..Or shall I say that was all for show..

A Red Herring

A fallacy in which an irrelevant topic is presented in order to divert attention from the original issue. ...JMO

I would think so too Whisp unless they were making money other ways in this case like with interviews, photos, etc. JMO

I didn't know where to post this so I will just put my comment here.

I was just reading through some old media links/articles and noticed something. When it came out that JR may have seen his sisters abductor, you know, seeing a man in black with squeaky shoes, bouncing couch......

GMS/TN tried to discredit everything JR said.

SATSUMA, Fla. --- Annette Sykes says reports that her great-grandson saw a man dressed in black inside the house the night his sister disappeared are false. Sykes says Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh Cummings biological mother, went on the Nancy Grace show and said four-year-old Ronald Jr. told her a man in black took his sister.
“I carried him for the child psychologist to interview him…he spent quite a lot of time with two or three different ones. They said his story changed. Each time you ask him something, you know, you ask it a different way and he’d change his story,” said Sykes.

"He was asleep. I got there 10 minutes after we noticed she was gone. I had Junior, he said he didn't know anything...said he was asleep," Haleigh's great grandmother, Annette Sykes, told First Coast News on Monday.Detectives have talked to the child. Relatives on both sides say he told police he saw a man in a ski mask come in their trailer and leave with his big sister.
"They questioned Junior. I asked them (police) about it. They couldn't tell me anything other than he's a little child. He was questioned and the story went from one thing to another and another," says Sykes.
Child psychologist Dr. Lynn Wadelton says the average four-year-old can give an accurate account of what they witness. But there are factors that can sometimes cloud the story.

GMS arrived at the mh 10 mins after they noticed Haleigh was gone?

This may mean nothing but I just found it odd that GMS didn't even entertain the thought that JR may KNOW what he's talking about. This just makes me think that JR may know more than what they were giving him credit for.

20 minutes exactly southwest from Green Lane puts you at the Welaka National Park area on 309 County Rd which is only 5 minutes from GGS's home. Beecher Springs Rd runs parallel along 309 connecting to it less than a mile further down the road.

Also, I honestly believe it is quite possible Jr. just may someday put it all together...And it won't be pretty when he does either..JMO

She sure did...she is a piece of work. Was She not the one who said she took Jr. in to talk to LE? Or was that TN? The whole story came from that side of the family first..JR was in "Their Care", and then CS was attacked for repeating it. Like she had made the story up and made Jr. say that he saw the man in black. I agree, CS should not of put Jr. on T.V., but feel that this little incident should of been looked into more seriously. I have a soon to be 4 yr old that is mildly MR and has developmental delays and she will be able to tell me things that happen to her more than 9 months ago. She remembers where we put the toys away when we hide them..lol. Remembers who came over and when when asked. So, if a child that is MR can remember so much, I am sure that JR. remembered a lot "IMO".
