According to Misty, she was on the phone with Ronald when she found the gun. At this same time, TN states that Misty was "with her family" and Misty does state she found the gun in the culvert in front of Tommy's house and she was amazed that Ron had such prescience of mind to figure out where exactly that gun that JO supposedly stole was stored!

Was it that, or just needing to get that gun before LE found it? That gun has hinky wrote all over it and so do the stories surrounding it.

I would love to know if JO had any visible marks on him at this time......we know Ron did. His knuckles from hitting the back door and a bandage on the back of his neck from a boil or something.....that is if you believe their stories of where these came from.

Joe left Satsuma with a woman named Ginny or Jenny who drives a blue Cadillac under a cloud of suspicion. LE have tested this vehicle but released no further details. If HaLeigh was abducted by Joe, he would have either handed her over to someone else to take her out of Satsuma or kept HaLeigh hidden until he was ready to split town with Jenny. The rumor about Joe leaving Satsuma because he breached his parole conditions was never discussed and confirmed by LE so it mustn’t be true.

Misty’s relationship with Joe was rekindled in January 2009 while Misty was newly shacked up with Ronald and his young children. Because Misty continued to associate with Joe and planned regular rendezvous with him after Ronald left for work, I wonder if Ron flew into a jealous rage and accused Joe of being in Satsuma to steal Misty from him. Ron likely told Misty to cut her relationship with Joe off and she went behind his back and saw him anyway. I don’t know if Misty told Ronald Joe messed with her when she introduced Joe to Ronald, but TN said she knew nothing about Joe and has never seen him.

Did Ronald accuse Misty and Joe of having an “affair” and utter threats against them? How do we know Misty didn't let Joe have his way with her while she was under the influence of powerful drugs? I suspect Misty’s lifestyle frustrated Ronald and Ron blamed Joe for “interfering in his relationship with Misty.” Ronald said he was attending to his daughter's needs the day she disappeared and I believe HaLeigh was Ron's main source of comfort and affection during this turbulent time with Misty and Joe.

So if a feud erupted between Joe and Ronald because of Misty and Joe’s lies, I believe this is why Misty called Nay Nay to come and get her out of Ron’s and into the arms of another man asap. It is possible an incident occurred between Ron and Joe the weekend Misty was gone that we don’t know about it.

Some suspect Misty and Joe stole Ronald’s pistol from under his pillow to sell for drug money and to have for protection the evening HaLeigh disappeared. It appears Misty was “on Joe’s side” Monday night not Ronald’s. Ronald kicked Joe out of his house on Monday and told him to never come back which means Ron's anger and bitterness towards Joe was very prevalent. I am surprised none of the neighbors heard or witnessed a loud argument and fight between 2 men on Monday. Ronald may have been extremely jealous of Joe and threatened to kill Joe if he showed up again which possibly explains Misty and Joe’s real motive for removing and hiding Ron’s possession. I hope Joe retaliated by removing HaLeigh from her home to get even with Ron. Until HaLeigh's body is recovered, I believe this scenario has merit.

I am not sure what you mean debs, after reading Bluesky's post it seemed like an obvious question. I believe I know when he went to work and also the time line that Law Enforcement is interested in. Several people have commented specifically about the time frame investigators were referring to after being questioned recently.

Fair enough. Then it really gets confusing as to why Misty and TN would talk about the gun and Ron says the gun and the fight never happened. So who's lying there, Misty and TN or Ron. And why would Misty go to this much trouble to explain the gun? If she was not telling the truth, then seems she would have been trying to throw Ron under the bus.....I don't think that's what happened. :waitasec:

Several people have commented specifically about the time frame investigators were referring to after being questioned recently.

But Bluesky doesn't offer any theory on Ron's work hours on Monday, and his/her theory doesn't necessarily rest upon what time Ron went to work.

It is in one of the taped sessions (not sure which one, hypnosis, LVA) but Misty rambles about how she was on the phone with Ronald and he was directing her to the area the gun was in, and i even think she said something like, and wouldn't you know it, there it was.

lol....I told you, I think I have an idea about what time Ronald went to work on Monday, I think Law Enforcement does too. Do you ever notice that they have never asked that question to the public.....or anyone really.

When Tommy C was in jail and his wife went to visit him, she was very specific about the four hour window that Law Enforcement were interested in.

Thinking we might know, and thinking LE might know, and knowing for certain are three very different things. The FACT is, Ron's hours have been on a sliding scale since his latest attorney fumbled the ball and jibber jabbered a time of around 5:00 p.m.

The only people I believe know for CERTAIN, is Ronald Cummings, LE, and the personnel office at PDM, and that last one I will only guarantee has a timecard with a timestamp on it, but can't prove whether Ron Cummings was the one who clocked himself in.
