I am not surprised they have not ask the public, I mean why would they? They say they know the hours, I'm sure they got them from his employer. Who was it that said that even tho they have his hours, there was no camera strapped to him the whole time so nothing was solid proof...something like that, was it his lawyer? So by saying that, I am assuming even tho they have his hours......they (LE) didn't take it as solid proof.

Thinking we might know, and thinking LE might know, and knowing for certain are three very different things. The FACT is, Ron's hours have been on a sliding scale since his latest attorney fumbled the ball and jibber jabbered a time of around 5:00 p.m.

The only people I believe know for CERTAIN, is Ronald Cummings, LE, and the personnel office at PDM, and that last one I will only guarantee has a timecard with a timestamp on it, but can't prove whether Ron Cummings was the one who clocked himself in.

Maybe there is a hidden camera on the time clock that shows exactly what time RC arrived at work on Monday.

I have no doubt that Law Enforcement is certain about what time RC arrived, just as they are certain of what time he was at the convenience store. jmo

It is in one of the taped sessions (not sure which one, hypnosis, LVA) but Misty rambles about how she was on the phone with Ronald and he was directing her to the area the gun was in, and i even think she said something like, and wouldn't you know it, there it was.

All Misty's test showed deception and on her LVA test, Misty backed Ron's claim that he was the person who picked up HaLeigh Monday afternoon from the bus stop despite the fact there are witnesses including HaLeigh's bus driver who saw Misty pick up the children that day with Ronnie Jr who according to Misty was home sleeping.

I suspect Ron and Misty's relationship became increasingly strained after she returned from her weekend with WBG and it makes perfect sense to me that she would want the gun out of the house and hidden to prevent Ron from using it to threaten, harrass and potentially harm others during a fit of anger. If LE recovered this gun, they would know whether it was recently fired.

Ron threw Joe out of his house and told him never to come back so I don't suppose Joe appreciated being treated like a piece of trash. Misty and Joe were "thick as thieves" and they haven't spoken to each other since Joe left town according to Misty so something is definitely up with that. Unfortunately because Ronald has lawyered up, LE can't force Ron to tell them anything about his conversations and contacts with Joe over the month he was in Satsuma and Joe apparently is a very troubled young man with many peculiarities.

It appears Misty was “on Joe’s side” Monday night not Ronald’s. Ronald kicked Joe out of his house on Monday and told him to never come back which means Ron's anger and bitterness towards Joe was very prevalent. I am surprised none of the neighbors heard or witnessed a loud argument and fight between 2 men on Monday. Ronald may have been extremely jealous of Joe and threatened to kill Joe if he showed up again which possibly explains Misty and Joe’s real motive for removing and hiding Ron’s possession. I hope Joe retaliated by removing HaLeigh from her home to get even with Ron. Until HaLeigh's body is recovered, I believe this scenario has merit.

JO may have been there to protect Misty. Maybe she wanted support when she showed up back on Green Lane. Something happened with rc and JO. rc is denying JO being there. He is lying. LE confirmed JO was there and they have talked to him. The gun may have been hidden so rc would not use it on misty.

Or rc hid the gun himself so LE wouldn't get it. Regardless if it is the 9mm Baretta ... that gun is carried by many drug dealers...at least that was their weapon of choice at one time.

I am a bit confused by the bold part of the statement.

I think Ron resented Misty's close relationship with Joe and Ron may have gone so far as to accused them both of sleeping together behind his back while he was at work, so after the incident where Ron threw Joe out of his house and told him not to return, Joe retaliated by taking HaLeigh away from Ronald to settle the score.

Rc knew exactly where the gun was, so you can rule out JO stole his gun.

I wonder now if Haleigh was removed by boat and taken somewhere else. I don't know the currents there but south seems more logical. I have to look at the trail again. Someone may have walked down to the dock and got picked up later by vehicle. The problem is to me that it was so cold for florida that day. If temps were in the 50's, I wouldn't think too many people would be out boating....I just don't know...This area of the country is like a foreign land to me.

Whisp, you probably already know it but the St Johns river actually flows from south to north. It's one of the few in the country that has that characteristic.

Sounds to me like Ron might have been finding a way to get Misty's fingerprints on that gun and throw her cousin under the bus with her as long as he had the opportunity.

I doubt this is the truth.

Story about Ron telling her to look in the culvert for the gun could very well be a lie but that is what she stated during the LVA test that she took..
She also talks about blood and states she doesn't know what kind of blood may have been in the van but she knows for certain that deer blood was in the van because she saw the deer...

For the record I have thought for many months now that Haleigh was shot accidentally due to Ron C playing BILLY BAD AZZ with a gun...JMO

Does anyone know anything about a new search for Haleigh possibly being held by the Laura Recovery Center?

There was a link posted up in the stickies(Thank you angel who cares) but I wasn't sure if we could discuss. Apparently, The Laura Recovery Center asked to help early on and Law Enforcement turned down their offer to help. Now this morning there was said to have been a meeting to discuss the possibility of a new search.

I don't know about Florida, but in California, he would never qualify to carry a concealed weapon.

With his drug arrests and now assault he would be denied gun issue.

I am going to assume he doesn't have any permit to have a gun, but Florida could be crazy, though I hope not.

If he knew LE were coming to the house, I would guess his guns would be the first or second thing he would hide.

Could it be possible that JO was in the car with misty at the bus stop. They left there and headed towards buffalo bluff road and it was said,though not verified, that rc chased her down. Did an event happen at that time. Were they chased off the road and got the damage? Did the fight happen on the road out there and NOT at the MH?
