Theories discussion: What could have happened to Haleigh? #4

I think the only reason LE says Misty is the "key" is because she is the weakest link... or so they thought. IMO, i think LE knew Ron wasn't going to give any information, They know him and how his family works, as they are all long time residents. Many of them having brushes with the law.

It is my opinion, the reason there is no info release from LE is b/c LE doesn't want Ron and Co to think they are being looked at. As long as LE keeps pointing the spot light onto Misty, then Ron will let his guard down. (like this latest incident) They don't want to just haul Ron in on something else and then try to get him to talk about HaLeigh. Le knows Ron is aware of his rights, and he already has an attorney.

LE needs Misty to spill the beans, so that they will have a solid case and a witness to what happened to HaLeigh that night.

This post is all my opinion... :)

So how does that qualify her to say she worked as a dispatcher since she is on disability for a car wreck?

BTW, I am not surprised at her filing a lawsuit. I also would not be surprised if she has two going on, one with the other driver and one with the county about her job.

Either way, I feel she deceived LE about her job. I also find it hinky that she wore the sweater with the sheriff's emblem..don't you..now that you know she hadn't worked for 6/7 months.

...one more point, the other day, you said her accident was in 07..clarify please.

It is for auto negligency
vs. L & W Cobb
[Def'ts rep'd by Lori Scott, more on her later.]
Filed 11/2008

Right off-hand, not seeing but 1 traffic chg vs W Cobb:
Apr 2006 [W Cobb, age 21, doing 84 in a 70 mph zone]
W Cobb rec'd a speeding tkt for $161
[no indication of a WRECK]

Mebbe I'm just not seeing it.

JMO - Teresa needs a better lawyer, ASAP.

You can find the lawsuit on the county website. There is no news article that gives the details of the auto accident is why I said I could not provide a link.

Did what I posted count as
A link?

You can't provide links because.............?

Did you just hear this information from a source or you have the paperwork and can't show it.

Use mine, whips. [She's got a carppy case, imo]

LOL sure does - I just knew I couldnt post anything that had the details of the accident and the extent of her injuries which I figure was going to be the next question so I was trying to head it off lol.

When I brought up the accident in a previous post I was also discussing the tat on RC back and stated he got the Haleigh tat in 07 don't believe I stated the accident was in 07.

You can still be an employee while on disability you are not automatically terminated in fact I think there are laws in place so that doesnt happen. It appears that alot of Florida Counties have something called term leave that you earn and is used when you miss 40 consective hours or more, we have no idea how much vacation time, term leave, sick leave etc TN had earned as well as being able to use FMLA.

Not following you why there would be a lawsuit about her job. I also don't understand the big deal about wearing the sweater with the emblem on it. A dispatcher works in an office, if there was an issue with them wearing clothing with an emblem on it outside of work they wouldn't provide the jackets to them IMO.

omg - givin' me the heebie-jeebies

Misty "fell in love" with this ducker w/ TERESA tattooed all over his chest?

Guilty! [of $hitty taste, if nothing else. FGS, girl, even your nieces coulda seen that one coming.]

Apparently you have seen some docs that are not in the public record, BL.

Head it off for why? Cause it would be violating TOS or what?

I think it is a big deal that TN grabbed the sheriff sweater that night. She also grabbed a necklace to wear while she was at it.

I have been around crime scenes and I have been around a few dispatchers. LE who know the person sometimes lets them in because they know them and if it is not a scene where there was a homicide.

She took her chances....simple.

I figured the next question was gonna be what injuries details of the accident etc, I don't have a link that gives that info so I was just trying to avoid 3 or 4 post asking for the info type thing. Trying really hard to stick with facts and not putting stuff out there that I can't show proof of because I know it frustrates people.

PFFBBLLLLUUHHHHH!!!

Bulls hit, lady. You don't ever mind not giving me links.

Well Busy...how did you know it was a serious car accident?

and there is no way that TN was still employed as a dispatcher on Feb 9 of 2009 if her accident had been 6 months prior and she had not shown up for work. I say she may have wiggled a Worker's Comp suit in there somewhere...pure speculation on my part.

Anyone ever guess how TN managed to drive to and from work in Alachua County every day when she allegedly lived on Rita Lane in Pomona Park?

  • #798
Wow!! I do try and always provide links when I put new stuff out there. I do get frustrated in providing the same links over and over - or from stuff that was discussed 8 months ago and having to go dig them up again. So many articles and videos have disappeared at this point. Just as today you questioned the note RC gave the detective - I went and dug up the link for you and posted it.

Her licenses both Cosmetology and real estate show her last address as Lady Lake. This matches the research of where she lived not long before. She had lived in Fruitland Park as of 11/08....according to records.

Yes, I know the White Pages says she now lives in Pomona Park, but they must have been updated by her recently as I know you, yourself can update the white pages. The official addy does not state that. Though she may be there now since all this has occured.
