Especially if she got hurt in a 2006 (<yes that's a SIX) wreck bad enough to file a lawsuit.

Or if we go by Busy's date, she wrecked at least by 2007. So Alachua County, FL has the dough to keep the bene's flowing for peeps who haven't werked in 2 (<yes, that's TWO) years. Might be reasonable if she'd werked there for 20 yrs or something, but she wuz werkin' as a waitress at Corky Bells before her stint at ACSO [if there ever was one.]

My date was 08/08 - not sure where you got the 2007 from. I couldnt find the post where Whisper says I stated 2007 - I do find the post when I am talking about the Haleigh tattoo and the accident and 2007 was mentioned for the tattoo. So by my calculations she would of been off work around 6 months.

I'll give ya that one Busy, maybe. Have you seen the code enforcement citations vs her & Papa Jeff? On those, it gives their address [which was cited] as Leslie Loop.

Did she mention why they demolished her m/h a few months ago?

She must be real close to her (real) landlord, Evelyn, because I see that Evelyn also bought Annette's property. Any idea what their relationship is? [no linx req'd]

NOTE - I say "real" because we were told, by somebody that Jeff was her landlord and Teresa bailed him out of jail after a DVR charge.

I would like to know if TN has ever been involved in real estate. She is a licensed agent. I have never seen a mortgage or any sales from her.

She also is licensed in Cosmetology, yet, it appears she hasn't done that either.

The Ronald's Haleigh name tattoo came up a few days ago, and I'd included it in a list of the tattoo's he was showing off after getting Jr and Haleigh's tat-traits on his legs. Busy responded that He'd gotten the Haleigh name tat at the same time he'd gotten the Teresa tat, which he'd gotten because his mom had been in a serious accident. As she's reiterated here, she stated that those tats were applied in 07. That's from memory.....eta:

My memory was nearly ok (consider the head congestion as problematic for instant recall and be kind). She gave two sentences, and the Teresa tat actually was not related to the Haleigh tat. It could be confusing, but read as written, Busy was not implying the 07 date for the Teresa tat....mybad. Here's the link to that post.

I was going from recollection Busy. I am most likely wrong. I remember a "7" in the conversation, that's all.

What a coincidence of TN to have grabbed her old Sheriff work sweater when rushing to a crime scene! It has been a "Red flag" for me from the first day.

If you have not worked for the employer in over six months, would that be the one handy laying by your bed?

I am suggesting that RC called TN before the 911 call was placed due to the clothes she picked, the picture she had and the swiftness of getting there about the same time as LE.

I don't speak to TN and have not heard anything from anyone that I do talk to about TN mobile home being demolished a few months ago.

Don't know her relationship with Evelyn other than landlord just know that Evelyn owns 15 mobile homes on the Rita Ln - Leslie Loop lot.

Hadnt heard anyone thought Jeff owned the mobile home on Rita Ln - the DVR was years ago in a different county wasn't it?

But Busy you might still be kinda right. She's suing Larry & Wade Cob-. The only one with a tkt is Wade and it's dated April 2006. [Looks like his daddy inherited a bunch of $$$ .] The tkt was all of $161

Yes I do not believe TN would lie to LE about her employment or her address when she showed up at the mobile home after finding out her daughter was missing.

The ticket wouldnt of had anything to do with the 08 accident so I am not following you. Unless you are saying that the driver of the other car would have to get a ticket in order for her to sue them.

I have no clue what the merits of the lawsuit are. She was injured she filed suit that does not mean the court will find that the other party was neligent and TN was not - no way to know until the case is settled.

I have Evelyn living next door to Annette when she lived on Beecher Springs. I did not realize that street sits very close to 4th Ave..yet they have different town names.

I have to assume that Evelyn and Annette are friends. We have her living next door and ever since, for some reason, Evelyn has maintained a place out there for the Sykes. It may be a business transaction...don't know. I did uncover a transaction between Sykes and Evelyn but the property was non-descript. We also have to take in account that TN has a realtor license, she must know exactly what has transpired. We have no accounting of monies exchanged for this property in the form of rent either.

The last people associated with Rita Lane are Crystal Cummings and A. Sykes.

In summation, it is very likely that Sykes and she have an ongoing friendship.

OK Busy. At least we know your frame of reference. You believe TN...period. It appears you do not believe she would ever lie.

And Busy, may I assume "your records" of confirming her residence are the LE report and the white pages?
