Theories discussion: What could have happened to Haleigh? #4

For a long time, I have pondered the idea that there was another crime and that was the reason for all we have seen. I have even pondered further and wondered if the "gun" we have heard so much about was used in this "other" crime. :waitasec:

My thoughts exactly! There is a bigger picture here and imo it involves another crime that may take down more than a couple of people.

I think also that Ron's bf at the time, might know more than most about this "other crime". Orlando T. We have not seen or heard from him since way back at the beginning.

The 1 thing that has been there from the start...drugs. There are alot of bad things that happen when people are using and/or dealing drugs. People tend to get dead.

i thought that Orlando knew about something that occured and that was the reason for the argument with Ron at the tents. I wonder if LE even spoke with O.....

If they didn't.......Lord help us. Being so close to Ron, he should have been one of the first people interviewed. But...........depends on who all is involved I guess.

I'm right there with you all that think there was another crime. This was a thought in the back of my head since the beginning, but after hearing everything we have, I'd bet a boat load on it. Although I think it's possible one or both of them are directly involved, moreso, I think Haleigh was killed as result of their volatile behavior.

Man, I hope so and I hope he's still in their radar! He disappeared around the time all the "bad behavior" started coming to light. Was that an "Oh, carp, they aren't buying the story" move ????

Is it possible that Haleigh was with Ron's friend, that Sunday night, is that where he was going in such a hurry on Monday morning? Did Orlando have a daughter about Haliegh's age, does anyone know if they went to the same school?

Good questions. I know that he had a daughter, there are pics somewhere of Haleigh and her together. I will try and find them. The school, I have never heard....but it would be interesting to know.

There is also a picture of him getting into a car, but IDK if there was enough of the car visable to figure out what it was. And of course.......I will have to find that pic again too, I don't have it handy.

Orlando has to have his own idea about what happened, because he knows Ron and Misty. He was in the picture around this time, who else besides Ron's mom and grandmother would know him (Ron), this well. All I know is like Misty and Nay Nay, (birds of a feather...). Then even Orlando backed away from Ron, probably even scared him.

Was this who RC was talking about when he said the young daughter of a friend of his said she had seen and talked to Haleigh (after she went missing) and was being held by someone? Not that I believe that story, just trying to keep it all straight.

I thought at the time of the crime Orlando lived in Welatka. I think he now lives in Palatka. I haven't checked in awhile.
