Ronald likes to get most things done quickly without having to think and he is all about speed with no real purpose of point to what he is doing. Ron may have considered HaLeigh's birthday unimportant in that moment because they had already given LE her age. I feel however that the 911 call was an attempt to trick LE into believng a lie.

At this point, it would be wise for LE to clear rc publicly and put the squeeze on misty. They are not doing this, which makes no sense if they know he is not involved. This kind of tactic leads the public to crucify ron cummings. ron cummings is not doing anything to help erase that assumption. One has to wonder why.

By not speaking out and by hiring Defense Attorneys, he is behaving as a guilty party. To further the cause, LE is letting him think it. Why is LE not clearing him publicly? Why are they letting him take all the heat? The only answer I can think of, is that he is guilty...guilty of something.

To seal this casel, we need to make sure Haleigh was actually at school...not by a suspect attendance record or by witnesses that could be confused on the day if they were not questioned immediately, but by school officials.

The next thing would be PDM to clear rc as being there the entire shift (and state the hours).

Because these things are not confirmed and people's lips are sealed, what is the general public to think? Le, FDLE have no inerest in clearing him....period. That is my take. His own Attorney said they cannot verify every hours...didn't he...or am I not recalling his exact words correctly.

Evidently LE aren't willing to change their tactics so they are responsible for impeding this investigation.

LE used this tactic during their interviews with L & T and C & T too. IIRC both Lindsy and Chelsea said LE used this tactic when they interviewed the couples separately to cause them to argue and rat on each other.

Has anyone else formed in impression that rc is obsessive about money. throughout this case, I have seen major signs of this. He feels entitled. It is a fact he took the donation jar from crystal, stating he was the custodial father and all money needs to be for her. I am the father, therefore I am taking this. Pretty cold guy. There was also talk similar to this at the tat shop. Also talk like this in a restaurant. No doubt he bought his fancy truck with donation money or with crystal's money for support of Haleigh and Jr. He hasa three vehicles, lord knows how many guns and pays no rent and has no responsibility...doesn't even work....what a guy! Are there still people saying what a great father and provider he is....GMAB!

As long as Haleigh is missing, Crystal will have to pay him. RC truly thinks of no one but himself, as he is a narcissist. He is a very selfish person and is after the dollar. BTW, where are his other vehicles parked now? It appears he may have switched plates from the older white truck to the newer one. Depending on whose name the new truck is in, the tags expired on their birthday. Now, why would rc pull the old tags off his truck and place them on the new one. Is he cheap, or is he devious? I imagine, both. I recently reviewed a press release by Shoemaker where it is ron who wants a PI to find Haleigh and the only way that can be done is to open a "Foundation". What's the matter, ronny, funds getting low at B of A? Cars, guns and vacations are running down his supply. It also may be he wants cash for a house. I recall TN saying he was going to get one a month or so after Haleigh disappeared.

I need to get to the bottom of the Rita Lane Addy. This is a key part of this case, imo.

I have substantial proof tn lived/lives in Fruitland Park....yet the Sykes/cummings people rent this single wide old trailer out there in Pomona Park for the past five years. I guess because of their realtionship with the owner, LE cannot say she actually didn'tlive there because their are utitlities in Sykes and CC's name on 2009 as tn resided with Jeff H. Keep in mind tn has a real estate license and knows her way around a parcel or two.

Now, if tn was not on rita lane (I don't think she was) then she was traveling from Fruitland Park on Feb 9. and the whole story falls apart. The problem is this rita lane can't be shaken. However; there is no parcel for it. It is now having an addtion put on it. ...Guess so, 12 ft wide is small even if it was used as a storage facility....heck, they have to put their junk somewhere. My problem is ....Does anyone build an addition to a 12 ft wide trailer? Wouldn't one just tear it down and purchase a new MH?...oh well llife in Pomona Park....all the Sykes, Squires and Cummings need a hole in the wall just in case....seemed to work for this case.

Who is financing the addtion. How did they get the approval with no parcel and who is building it. Could it be Jeff H. since he is/was in the aluminum business?

In putting myself in their shoes, I think back to their being adamant about Haleigh not leaving the mh on her own due to her fear of the dark nor going near the pond due to fear of water. Well, my 4 y/o is not fond of the dark. As a matter of fact, a couple nights ago he went into the garage to look for a toy - the auto light went on but went off before he came back in - he was screaming like a wild animal was attacking him. Anyway, he's not real fond of bodies of water if someone isn't right there with him, either. With that known . . . if I woke in the middle of the night and he was gone, I'd be scouring the neighborhood thinking he must have gotten out (especially if a door was open). I wouldn't automatically assume he'd been kidnapped, maybe naive/hopeful, I don't know. And, if there were a pond or other body of water closeby, I'd be diving in searching for him, even though I wouldn't think he'd go in there.

Another thing to think about along those lines . . . RC allegedly arrived home just before 3:30am to MC standing in the drive saying "the back doors open and yer daughters gone". Since he supposedly worked late, why wouldn't she have asked him if he'd already been home? If he should've been home already when she found the light on and door open, why wouldn't she assume he had done it? Wouldn't she say "Do you have Haleigh? How'd the light get on and the door open?" And then for him to immediately assume "he/they" took her as opposed to her having wandered out into the neighborhood.

I don't know. None of this really jives.

I wonder if Misty locked the children alone in a dark bedroom closet as a form of discipline. Publicly Misty never admits to hitting or doing something to frighten Ron's children and she advised us during her interview where she sits along side her mother Lisa, to just ask Jr cause he would tell us how good she is to them kids. I guess slapping isn't considered wrong in Ron's home whereas Chelsea said in her home, they don't even slap their children, so the rules were different at Ron's. Ron's coworker heard Ron presenting Misty with a choice of either whipping his daughter behind closed doors or giving her a video to watch and we don't know what problem Misty was actually having with HaLeigh. Misty is very matter of fact when she discusses HaLeigh's bedtime, "I put her to bed at 8 o'clock cause that is her bedtime" and it sounds to me that Misty doesn't have the flexibility and love children require to feel safe in their own home. I think Misty wants us to believe her solution was to give HaLeigh a video to watch but it isn't what really happened. I have never seen Misty express anger in any of her interviews.

I suspect Ronald who has several children already doesn't want anymore period and that is why he flew into a rage when Misty tried to trick Ron into believing Chelsea's pregnancy test was her own. That would really tick Misty off if her intention for being with Ron was entirely to have children of her own. We heard Ron insisted Misty bring a condom with her when she returned from her weekend with WBG so I suspect Ronald was trying to use protection when he had sex with Misty to avoid having more children more than to protect himself from detecting a STD. If this is the reason Misty married Ron and he wasn't interested in having more children, Misty may have taken revenge by hurting his children when she was alone.

Someone can perhaps provide a link for me but I heard Misty say on one of her LVA tests that she asked Ronald if he had come in and taken HaLeigh without her knowledge.

IMHO..IF Misty were the one solely responsible for whatever it is that happened to Haleigh, Ron Cummings would have ended her life before that 911 call was ever made...JMO

What about MC having given Haleigh cough meds or something to "help" her sleep. Maybe that was one of the options RC gave her when she called to complain Haleigh wouldn't go to sleep. It seems this was an ongoing issue, maybe they'd done it before. Maybe Haleigh fell asleep on their bed and when they went to move her, realized she wasn't responsive. Called family for help, brother shows up wearing black and helps take Haleigh out . . . .

I think Ron is very greedy when it comes to money. IIRC, didn't he at one point say that he needed 35k to get Haleigh back? Didn't he tell that to Tim Miller?
