lol....I never asks for links, however what I want to know is if we know for sure that she visited her dad. I can't remember reading it specifically myself, just seeing it mentioned here and there. Misty was a busy little beaver over that 3 day period. Where did she find the time to do all this stuff? If she was sleeping all day like she recently stated....I am wondering if she is running her days together. I don't know. I found it strange that the interviewer for the voice stress analysis said tell me about that evening and she went clear back to the morning. I guess she wanted to clear things up.....or maybe she couldn't remember the way she was supposed to tell the story unless she started from the beginning on Monday Morning.

I do however believe the explanation about the gun, her voice has a completely different tone to it when she re-tells the story about looking for the gun. She sounds very sure and clear. When did it happen though?

What I am trying to get to the bottom of SS is when Misty came back to 202 Green Lane? She says she was gone over the weekend. February 9th was a Monday. So did she come back on Sunday night? Monday Morning? I would have to guess( I hate doing that) Sunday night because she states that she got up on the 9th and they had to drive to Welaka to get an outfit for Haleigh. Then they dropped her off at school. Then they went back home and had a nap til about 12...or so she says. Didn't she smell the pee in the bedroom at this point? She waited all day to wash the blankets? Her and RC were sleeping....was JR? Jr must sleep an awful lot cause he was still sleeping when Haleigh got off the bus after 3pm. Perhaps JR wasn't tired at 8:00 pm after sleeping all darn day and that is why he saw something on the couch? Or maybe Haleigh saw something too....according to RC?

When did RC notice his gun was missing and when did he send Misty to look for it? Why was Misty gone for the weekend?

In the AH interview with Nay-Nay, she gives the time of 4:00am Sunday morning. Misty being dropped off at her brothers house to babysit.

Part of the problem about the gun, is that RC says there was no fight over the gun, although MC is stating differently. (and TN too, i believe)

It was stated and it could be rumor, but i am not sure. As far as why MC was out that weekend, was b/c MC approached RC with a pregnancy test stating she was prego. It was rumored that MC got the "positive" test from her SIL garbage, and said it was hers. (just recently the SIL had a baby) RC threw her up against a mirror and her arm was cut up or something to that effect. (again, i can't say for sure that this was the reason she left as it hasn't been confirmed) that is all i can remember, hope it helps!

I questioned Junior's sleeping habits that day also or their parenting habits if he was awake and unsupervised while they were sleeping.

Well if Kristina is to be believed Misty could not have been at GGS on Sunday night. Misty was however talking to Ronald on the phone and they kept hanging up on each other. I think I could safely draw the conclusion that Misty did in fact go to Ronalds house early, early after 4 am on Sunday morning. That would explain why everyone was so sleepy and stayed in bed until 12 o'clock the next day while Haleigh was in school.

It sounds to me like there are a few people who lost track of time. I wonder why. Also, how in the world are we expected to believe that Misty's weekend is not connected to the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings?

Thank you lil momma. I believe without a shadow of a doubt that there were two specific fights. One over a gun, which Ronald sent Misty in search of. The other .....well if we knew exactly what that was over we might have something.

The information that we have heard about whether Misty ever got back to the MH on Sunday night is all over the place. Some have said Ron stayed up all night waiting for her which is why he was so tired on Monday, some have said he was out with friends all night gambling and drinking which is why he was so tired on Monday, others have said Misty came home and they "talked" all night which is why he was so tired on Monday, etc. I am sure I am forgetting a few here but the point is we don't really know when Misty got back because no one credible has come forward to say. It is all total speculation and rumor what happened that night or the next.

TM has provided help to LE and rightfully so. If it weren't for the Cummings clan turning their back or trying to make it look like TM tricked her, when she wrote a letter advising she WANTED to take those test, and then she turns around and lies and says she was tricked. The letter is the proof, and until i see TM arrested for holding a gun to MC head saying she HAS to write that letter and take these tests, i am going to believe that TM is and was doing the right thing FOR HALEIGH. The Cummings clan had an agenda to have MC pass those tests. They have someone (TM) who is willing to have experts administer these test, and when the results came out and it wasn't what they wanted to hear, all of the sudden TM is the bad guy, we have seen this over and over again with the Cummings clan.

Misty says she was gone for the weekend. Doesn't mention drugs or usage over that weekend. Oddly enough I just finished listening to this video again to be clear on the gun conversation. Misty goes into great detail about the gun and RC directing here where to look for the gun after it comes up missing. Don't any-one have a heart attack but I believe the entire account of looking for the gun. At 12:47 in link above is where she states RC is on the phone telling her where to look.

At 7:34, Misty says, "And then people said that was a red truck that supposedly come and got Haleigh."

I wonder who these "people" are. Has anyone else heard about a red truck prior to Misty's "relevations" ?

Also, I noticed that Misty has an odd facial movement at times. Looking at her, the left side of her upper lip raises very high - higher, even than Elvis' used to. I saw it when she was talking about the truck. Anyone else see that ?

I had to go and look for this original post cause I couldn't believe my eye-balls. texasmommy, what way are you referring to that Tim Miller has gone about providing the help? Your post is very confusing to me, I am sorry. It was Ronalds mother that begged Tim for help because she was afraid that Misty was going somewhere and they were going to lose her.

What is so funny about Ronald and Misty having different versions of the events? That is not funny at all. It is heartbreaking. The truth cannot be told in two versions Mommy. And of course Ronald and Misty have every chance in the world to prove their innocence. Neither one of them is behind bars and LE has not accused them of anything. For goodness sakes TN and Ronald are the ones that asked for Misty to be looked into.....

elle1919 you must be in my mind this morning to bring this post again to light, THANK YOU. I have thought a great deal about this very comment that I made and would like to say after more thought My opinion is that TM's actions are out of character and he must have a purpose to put his self out there like that with this type of information and exclusively for TJHart.
Elle1919 Imvho :blowkiss: Ron and Misty are innocent. TN and TM have a reason for their actions and I am sure it will be of some help to the investigation. It has been 7 months and we have heard all the carp about Misty and Ron and no proof, no arrest and no new (groud breaking) information. My theory is that this complex investigation is going in the right direction and we will get the truth from LE when they make an arrest.
Ron is cooperating with LE and he believes his wife Misty that is something that stands alone and says alot.
IMVHO the way or means of achieving something is a KEY definition and the truth will be revealed soon about all these players and their agendas and ultimate goals.

I hope LE knows when Misty got back to the home and have got at least this information nailed down as fact. It is important, so important. It seems to me that everyone was pretty darn wrapped up in themselves. When adults are preoccupied with all this stuff where does the time for the kids come in? No wonder they watched Air buds over and over. Escape.

Actually I have been asking people who I know who don't pick their kids up from school what time the kids are picked up and it is amazing that many people don't know that simple thing. They depend on someone else to do it and they just forget because it isn't part of their daily routine. Many fathers are clueless and yet these are fathers who take their kids to little league, etc. For me that was a surprise but then I have always been the one to pick up the kids so I had to know the exact time. The reality of it though is that Crystal wasn't in Satsuma and LE is not looking at her being involved in Haleigh's disappearance so what she knows or doesn't is pretty irrelevant for this case. The case isn't about what a mother should or shouldn't know but who took Haleigh.

Misty refers to Haleigh's blanket smelling like pee 4 times in 14 sec ! Also, she says she washed her blanket and Haleigh's blanket - nothing about a taking down and washing a blanket hanging on the window.
