Timmy & Chelsea Croslin; and the hours before Haleigh went missing.

I read about a man who beat his wife to death. His sister showed up at some point, & didn't call for help. They both worked in the medical field, so they resuscitated her & put her on the couch, with the plan of monitoring her through the night, but they of course, fell asleep & the wife died. They finally called for help, sometime during the day. The sister didn't understand why she was charged. They were in their late 30s-40s, & seemed like normal people, but this story does show the extremes that siblings will go to for each other. It's hard to understand these kinds of actions, but a family bond, (& I really believe this), overrides almost everything. MOO.

I really dont think Timmy and Chelsea and Tommy and Joe helped dispose of a child for Ronald and left their kids alone that night to assist Cummings in anyway, they only knew Ron Cumming about 4 months prior to this, I really dont think hes so charming and was so good for Misty they kept his secret and continued to live broke and looking for handouts, I am not sure where this family is known for its undying loyalty to their kin and extended kin.

I'm not sure who's loyal to who, but IMO, it looks like Misty & TC MIGHT be covering for Tommy. if not from witness account, maybe from direct or indirect knowledge. I don't think Ron would cover for Tommy, any more than I think Tommy would cover for Ron, but I do think Ron could be covering for something else, & Tommy benefited by association. I also think Ron would cover for whatever part Misty had in it. Now, this is just me trying to put the pieces together, but when I factor in who would cover for who, almost all theories go blowing with the wind...so, I think it's possible, more than one crime is being covered-UP. MOO.

Considering she did everything in her power to pin it on Jo, I suspect she would have had alot of splainin to do to LE... And since Misty and Ron were totally wrapped around each other and even tied the knot about a month later, doubt she could have inticed Misty into getting away..Then came the fights and the RO's and Misty accusing Tommy..I suspect it was ALL too too late by then.. JMHO

I just dont get why then Ronald would call the cops and prove people who could put him away for the rest of his life. Chelsea is just trying to get attention and just because she said that van was moved that night, really isnt enough for me to take her word at face value that it was. I think the main perps, including Hope Sykes, are in jail. The croslins would turn on each other in a second for a few thousand. No doubt in my mind.

I really believe Chelsea was at home pregnant with a sick husband, so please, someone strap her up so we can get past that. No way is Chelsea and her hubby covering up a childs death for Ronald or anyone. They may not be the most honorable people in the world, but I really think they love their children and all kids in general and would never, ever do anything to help hide what happened to Haleigh, or if you think they are in on it, then Ronald can't be responsible for happened to Haleigh, and imo, he is.

i really don't think chelsea had anything to do with haleigh's disappearance.. i think she truly loves misty like a little sister and will do anything to protect and help her. she probably doesn't know what happened but wants misty home. she comes off as spewing off ideas to misty on tv and the phone calls etc but i really think she is just trying to get misty to talk. she doesn't seem to have a real theory on what happened.. she's gone from theories involving joe to theories involving ron and i think this is so she could see if she could get a reaction from misty.

they should poly her no matter what.. maybe she could shed some light on some insignificant detail that may not seem important but could crack the case open

Does anyone know for sure if Timmy ever did return to FL to see his brother and sister in prison? Or to look in on his mother and father and perhaps help them out in some way. Weren't TiC & CC living with HC & LC when all this happened with Haleigh? Isn't he concerned about his family at all?

The only family Timmy needs to be concerned with is his children and wife. And when this happened everyone had their own houses. Timmy and Chelsea have since returned to Florida.

based on the released jail phone calls, he had to have been concerned or he wouldn't be wasting his money on calls to misty and tommy. i think he's concerned about his siblings & parents, but for a while he was afraid he would get arrested if he visited them in fl JMO

The reason I don't think she did get a poly is because the investigators know who is all involved via Ron and Mistys polys.

Because of this bond, I can't see Timmy letting her go, even if he needs to for the sake of his wife & kids. MOO. If they're back in Florida, seeing Misty might be why. MOO.

Well, in normal families its not usually the kids problem the fault of the parents. He has his own children and wife which normally should trump his messed up parents and siblings.

If Timmy and Misty are as close as she claims, maybe LE could use him to work on her. She'd listen to reason from him, I think. If she was offered immunity, I wouldn't think she's the perp, and the article said that Timmy showed deception on one question...not that he failed the test or is a suspected perp. So, IMO, if Timmy would agree, he could get Misty to tell the truth. Chelsea said that she can get the truth out of Misty , but I think the closest she came, was Misty telling her that it would hurt 2 people...1 they cared about and one not so much. I'm not sure that wasn't Misty playing games though. But, Misty at that time, IMO, did sound like she knew what happened, and I did believe her when she brushed aside Ronald being who she was covering for. MOO.

Families riddled with addiction issues usually have a hard time being close- especially when the parents engage in criminal activity with their children. Those grandchildren do not need to be around grandparents who are doctor shopping for pills, buying crack cocaine, breaking into neighbors homes and stealing checks and stealing strangers purses from Walmart. It's not Timmy's job to get his parents on the right track, it probably took him a long time to come to grips with that but I'm glad he realizes it! He's doing the right thing IMO!
