I totaly agree, elle. Chelsea and Misty appear to be pretty tight. Could we be blindly looking at the brothers when we should be looking more closely at the sister-in-law?:waitasec:

LT, IIRC, it was Chelsea who first tipped my interests towards Cousin Joe and I have been stuck on him and the Croslin boys ever since( and that is a very long time). Quite a curious thought.

I think there is a button towards the bottom right corner that lets you make it an all day event. [Or maybe when you first click onto the Haleigh calendar, it asks for date/time.]

Looking @ the actions of LE, they seemed to suspect TimChel also for them to pay a "personal" visit to Massachuesetts. This date needs to be added to the calendar also! Just wonder Y LE waiting so long to question them???

I always wondered Y LE searched Lake Como area? At first I thought because the 's lived in that area (and former RC addy). Did TimChels live in that area ...

Isn't it amazing that one year later, we R just as confused about details as we were a year ago!
Someone posted cousinJ was posting signs, that was valuable info too-I had believed Chels when she said he left immediately, didn't know he was around and helping.
I also found it of interest that TimChels went back to sleep after getting the AmberAlert call - but figured HC not a part of their family and not really their concern. Now I am finding it a bit suspicious. Y the urgency in bringing Lisa back to PC? Y would she leave her husband for a crisis with a non-family member?
Good point about MC being out partying and not at the hospital with her father! That fact didn't even enter my thoughts! I bet SR is glad he has a solid alibi! Lisa too!
As I recall, MC was supposed to babysit for Tim so he and Chels could go see Hank in Gainseville, don't think it was for their anniversary.
Any photos of the sister-in-laws at the search or gatherings? I don't recall seeing them helping out! Seems like the more we dig, the more unanswered questions we have!

There is a Magnolia St exactly where you talking when you mentioned Paradise Shores, Doobie. I certainly do recall that area that was searched along hwy 17 towards PP.

I wonder why LE was searching there. They must think there may have been a connection between the blue van and the crime. That is, if they lived in Paradise Shores...good chance they may have if LE was looking there.

I wonder where Timmy was that night. I can't recall if it is accurate or not but I had recently read that Timmy spent the night at Tommy's. These people move around way too much for me. I want to pin down their residences. This is crazy.

I want to apologize to the room for some misinformation. I think I finally found for sure that Tim & Chelsea have 3 daughters lol. I found a post by her on an old myspace that she had her second daughter, K___, in 2007 sometime. From the birth announcement on this thread we know she also had a girl in 2009. Plus there is the older girl, D. So I guess that makes 3. Just wanted to clear that up and say sorry!!

you are correct all girls... what's even stranger is that after child # 2 she supposedly had her tubes tied lol

See, I thought it was Tommy's red truck and Hank SR borrowed it often. I thought hank SR offered Tommy 500 bucks not to sell it but Tommy sold it anyway. I get confused with all the different cars and stories.

that is exactly what misty said in the lva... it was tommy's truck but hank needed it to get around to appointments etc. so he gave tommy 500 not to sell it but he did anyways to some black guy that misty knew where the black guy lived... i always thought it was weird that she supposedly didn't know the black guys name but knew where he lived... my interpretation tommy really wanted money and misty wanted to pretend she didn't know the black guy... in my mind he is probably one of their dealers jmo of course

I'm not very knowledgable about the people searches, where the info. comes from. Does it come from public landline phone records? I was curious if I could find myself on whitepages.com or pipl.com. I have lived in the same home since 1996 and had a landline up until about 2 yrs. ago when it was disconnected because I got satellite internet and we have cell phones so there was no need to pay for the landline. The whole time I had the same phone number and it was private. I couldn't find myself on the searches. Could this be the reason? Does it just go by the phone or other utilities? I have other utilities in my name. Could this be the reason Whisp. can't find an address in CC for T and C? Maybe they didn't have a landline phone.

Since Chelsea doesn't say when she went to bed and the phone call came in at 4:00 about Haleigh it is highly likely Joe could have taken the van without her knowledge when she was sleeping.

lol at AH stating Chelsea was close to giving birth-she was 4 mos. pg in Feb.!

i think she is the one with the most intelligence (scary) and is busy trying to cover for everyone in case they did do something
and as far as the joe thing he did not leave that same day but he did immediately make arrangements to leave his brother in law and sisters urged him to go back and help in the search to clear his name but he couldn't because he was on probation

In reference to myself, personally I'm not believing Chesley doesn't know what happened to Haleigh.. Doubt she knows where she was taken, but I believe she does have knowledge as to what intitally happened to Haleigh.. And I feel it is possible Lindsey knows also..JMO

i believe you are right i read somewhere (can't say where lol) and my impression is this right now this is straining timmy and chelsea's relationship and she has had about enough of all of it and lindsey is urging her to stay strong and that they are better then this and not to let this get to them.. i think chelsea might know a bit of evidence... not actually what happened but she is holding back something and lindsy (most likely for tommy's sake) is sweating bullets about it...
you know that saying together we stand divided we fall... seems to be working... and this family is becoming more divided then i've ever seen them

Twall--yes all those white pages listings come from the phone directories. This is one thing I DO know, having worked for a phone company for 24 years LOL. If you have an unlisted number, you won't show up. Or if you have no landline--same thing. Phone companies sell those listings to the directory companies and they in turn sell them to websites like white pages.

A lot of info also comes from credit cards. I know I've tried to look people up and can find very little if anything because they have bad credit and if I do find anything it is old and useless. I sure hope they didn't use the kids names and SS#'s to get credit and not pay the bills. That's a big no no. Could bring whoever did it more charges.

I have not had a landline for over 11 years but the last one I had they let me list it in the book under whatever name I wanted. I used my dogs name and my mothers maiden name and no address. The bill came in my name but the phone book and caller ID had the fake name. My friends got a lot of laughs over that when I first did it and not many people picked up unless I talked to the machine.

Port Orange is legally just outside of Daytona, but the peeps I know who have lived there always just said "Daytona" when asked where they live.

Several posters here said the Bergens were from Daytona.

IHNI as to the credibility of those posters.

the bergens are actually from virginia it is chelsea's older brother danial bachus that used to live on main street in daytona (still in daytona but no longer on main street)

i did find one a while back but it is no longer listed on white pages under destineys name and when i did find it it was a crescent city one just found a phone number in kristy overstreets name (joe's sister) listed as an address for hank on magnolia in satsuma... the point i was trying to make is if your looking for these people try finding out whose identity they were using at the time lol
