Regarding the rat, it never would have been reported to LE and Ron and Misty identified as the culprits if it wasnt for the neighbor who saw it happen, so if it was something to see how well Misty could lie, for Ron, then the neighbor would have been in on it.

Ron and Misty were fighting about something, and I think its about Misty telling Tommy.

Chelsea must really think she's the queen bee of this bunch or knows it all. To just assume and falsely accuse Joe of taking the van without knowing for sure is suspicious. If Tommy wanted to go hide a body out of the area of course he'd probably rather do it in his van than the new red pickup, which by the way, was seen in the area that night. All he'd need to do is drive over his truck then take the van for awhile. Maybe that's why Tommy lied and made up some baloney about Joe driving to his trailer with Haleigh in the back of the van, then holding a knife to his throat. All this went on, yet no complaints about the barking pit bull and nothing waking the oh so truthful Lindsay who wakes if her husband even gets out of bed to "watch tv for 30 minutes". I think Chelsea and Lindsay know a whole lot more.

Just checking in for any news. Was it ever confirmed that the red pickup seen near the railroad tracks belonged to Tommy? I know that the report was that "a" red pickup truck was seen parked near the railroad tracks. Teresa Neves also drove a red pickup.

Tommy was almost willing to confess to murder just to tell the cops what they wanted to hear, and get them to stop hounding it happens all the time.

He thought he could provide all that TMI detail and just explain it away with the 'fact' he was drugged and threatened. LE did not buy it.

Tommy felt it was safer to implicate Joe than to tell the truth ... if he truly knows. I personally don't think he can bring himself to turn in his little sister, Misty since Ron will provide the goods on a 'Murder by Misty' if anyone brings him into it.

Very well stated! I've often wondered if Ronald called Tommy that night and indicated that Misty had harmed Haleigh because he knew that both Timmy and Tommy would respond and come to help her out. And, maybe he guessed correctly and they came running and were caught up in the cleanup at that time.

I agree. GMH literally put Joe's name in Tommy's mouth during the call. I guess she decided what grandchild to sacrifice and Joe was the chosen one. (I bet she didn't receive a Christmas card this year).

She really did a turnaround on JO, & then did another turnaround on Ron. At 1st she claimed Ron was a great dad & there were no drugs, & then she said she couldn't stand him, he was a bad dad & he left drugs in a drawer & then she changed it to laying around. I also got the impression Chelsey wanted Misty to say Haleigh had overdosed on Ron's pills, however I have a slightly different take on as to the reason WHY.
Chelsey stated from the beginning she received a phone call from Misty around 4:00 am on the 10th telling her Haleigh had been abducted. She also claimed she and Timmy didn't even bother to get up at that time. Strange, I know, but thats her story.

I suspect Chelsey knows she is in Big trouble IF it is ever revealed she may have been aware of what happened to Haleigh long before that 911 call was ever made, as I suspect both she and Timmy were aware of what had happened..

As I see it Chesley has put out enough information as of late to make me think she is well aware of the fact Ronald is the one responsible for what happenned to Haleigh, however she is not willing to place herself or her husband smack dab in the middle of the mix as to knowing what really happpened so she wants Misty to claim it was an overdose. She even told Misty on national tv you are going to jail anyway so you might as well tell the truth. As I see it Chelsey wants Misty to tell the truth according to what Chesley wants told...

Unfortunately, for Chelsey she had already stated she believed the big fight over the phone at 8:30 pm on the 9th of February between R and M was over what to do with Haleigh's remains. So just when exactly did Haleigh overdose and expire since we have GGMS claiming she saw an alive and well Haleigh eating dinner on a screened in front porch close to 8:00pm? Personally, I'm not buying Haleigh was just fine at around 8:00 pm like GGMS claims and Haleigh was dead from an over dose by 8:30.

Tommy also claims Haleigh was deceased many many hours before that 911 call was ever made. IMO Haleigh was deceased before Ronald Cummings ever showed up at work. Misty was left to clean up the mess and I highly suspect Tommy, Timmy and Chelsey ALL knew about the incident long before authorities were ever called. Tommy has even stated he saw a lifeless Haleigh however Chelsey and Timmy have only claimed they got a call around 4:00 am saying she had been abducted, so I suspect Chelsey is desperately trying to keep it that way...JMHO

IF T&C have prior knowledge, then it implicated Ron and they got out of town because they were fearful something bad could happen to them, and I just don't believe that. They would have gotten out of town with info on Ron, and been in another state, and could have told what he did, and gotten the reward, I dont believe this child was killed by 7 people who are all keeping this secret, for Timmy and Chelsea to not have told all and got the money would be because they were also directly involved in the actual death, and they would not cover for Ron, no one is that loyal, except Misty. I say all this because there is no reason that Ronald Cummings is not involved in what happened to his daughter, and if any side of any family know anything, its the Cummings/Sykes.

While watching CC, I got the impression that she was making stuff up but not actually lying. I'm not sure she knows much, but if TC was involved, she'd at least know that much...& she doesn't seem like the kind of person who'd just blindly accept no details. So, IDK about her. She comes across as fiercely loyal, so maybe she's being loyal on general principal, without knowing why. I remember Misty saying that cops were centered on her family...what if they suspected both brothers or didn't know which one to center on? Misty did tell CC that it would hurt 2 people. We don't know much about TC, except by association. IDK what happened, but I'm finding it almost impossible to believe that all of these men, women, & children were running around the trailer that night. So, maybe the women & kids weren't there. & while LC, blindly accepted no details, CC has tried to discover the truth...as long as it doesn't involve her man. I wonder what he thinks about her voicing her theories? Does he support anthing that takes speculation off his family, or does he want her to keep her mouth shut? My guess, & a guess is all it is, is that he was involved, but not in a murder. Misty said herself, that TC is the person she'd turn to, in a time of need, & I'd say that was most definitely a time of need. & she made that statement after Haleigh was missing...so that night didn't change her views, regarding him. MOO. Maybe TC wasn't involved, but Misty told him what did happen, so him moving was an attempt to keep LE from pressing him for his story. I could be way off, but CC doesn't act guilty of anything, IMO. TC on the other hand, acts like he's withholding information...& the only people I could see him protecting, are Misty & Tommy. Would he leave Misty, in a real time of need? What did he think of her marraige? I know this isn't popular, but thse people don't act like they suspect Ron. They act like they're covering for Tommy. I believe based on all this, the only way Timmy and Chelsea know more is if Ronald Cummings is not involved at all with what happened to Haleigh.

Ron had gone to jail because of the fight and Misty had plans in the works to file an RO against Tommy and even her own mother. IIRC the rat incident had already happened and IF not it happened shortly afterwards.
Ron C and family knew they could no longer count of anyone in the Croslin family to keep their silence.. The time was right to throw the Croslins under the bus and they did...JMHO

Considering she did everything in her power to pin it on Jo, I suspect she would have had alot of splainin to do to LE... And since Misty and Ron were totally wrapped around each other and even tied the knot about a month later, doubt she could have inticed Misty into getting away..Then came the fights and the RO's and Misty accusing Tommy..I suspect it was ALL too too late by then.. all of this had turned into a tit for tat & trying to beat each other to the cops situation. You'd think the cops would be the last people, this bunch would want to see, but this is actually more typical than you'd think. I've known some druggie criminal types, & they can't keep their fingers off the 911 buttons, & they're constantly pressing assault charges, filing CT cards, restraining orders, etc...all the while committing their own crimes. They know how to work the system, & muddy the waters, & they know 'the last one there's, a rotten egg', so to speak. MOO.

I read about a man who beat his wife to death. His sister showed up at some point, & didn't call for help. They both worked in the medical field, so they resuscitated her & put her on the couch, with the plan of monitoring her through the night, but they of course, fell asleep & the wife died. They finally called for help, sometime during the day. The sister didn't understand why she was charged. They were in their late 30s-40s, & seemed like normal people, but this story does show the extremes that siblings will go to for each other. It's hard to understand these kinds of actions, but a family bond, (& I really believe this), overrides almost everything. MOO.
