GUILTY TN - Evelyn Boswell, 15 months, Sullivan County, 26 DEC 2019 *MOM ARRESTED* #10

The jury could find Boswell guilty of lesser charges than the ones levied against her. If she’s found guilty on any of the three first-degree murder charges, the jury will also be tasked with deciding her sentence in a second trial that would begin immediately after.

Prosecutors previously informed the court that they were seeking a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Are they deliberating presently?

I've been expecting court to go live just to excuse the jurors to the jury room to continue deliberation.

Must have happened for a journalist to be able to report the judge is planning to mute audio on the verdict.

Does that mean they've been deliberating for an hour already this morning?

They're deliberating. I haven't seen what time they began this morning, though.

The jury was briefly called into the courtroom Thursday morning before being sent back to resume deliberating.

Is the 3 hours for yesterday & the 45 minutes for this morning? Did they start at 8am CT or 9am CT this morning? TIA if you know! :)
My understanding is the jurors spent three hours trying to reach a decision Wednesday evening; and 45 mins this morning. moo

Wow. You're all on the ball! I look away for one minute!

I think we'll all be breathing easy very soon.

Wish we could say that for poor baby Evelyn.

Dead in a playhouse so her mom could play house somewhere else.

Wow, very quick verdict! I've barely had my coffee!
Come on, jurors, give this baby girl full justice.
