Boswell faced 19 charges in Evelyn’s death. Those charges included:

• First-degree premeditated murder
• First-degree murder in the perpetration of aggravated child abuse
• First-degree murder in the perpetration of aggravated child neglect
• Aggravated child abuse
• Aggravated child neglect
• Tampering with evidence
• 11 counts of false report
• Abuse of a corpse
• Failure to report a death under suspicious, unusual or unnatural circumstances

She had initially faced 12 counts of false report, but the state dismissed one of those counts at the start of the trial.

How many of those charges are mutually exclusive? I assume she can only be found guilty of one of the first three, yes?
Both aggravated neglect and abuse. Tampering. False reports. Abuse of a corpse. Failure to notify.
