Black trash bag was removed from trash can, next bag showed a portion of Evelyn’s body. Detectives called the ME.

Megan watching the witness intently, appears nervous, fidgeting a little.

Agent Farley (sp?) continues to describe the contents of the trash bag, I’ll skip his descriptions. Photos aren’t being shown on camera thank goodness, it’s grisly.

Evelyn was dressed in a pink onesie, wrapped in a fleece blanket, aluminum foil.

Horrible. The trash bag EB was placed in contained egg shells and other items of trash as well. Foil wrapped around her head. Who discards their child like this.

The fact pointed out by detective's description, that baby Evelyn's head was shoved backwards as she was pushed down into the trash makes me want to yark. I am convinced. Guilty.

What kind of monster even thinks about doing that? Her own mother!!

Paraphrasing: About the earlier flash of light... Someone with media erroneously set flash off during trial; and judge announced there will be 10-days in jail for contempt if it happens again. Judge gave warning to all in the courtroom. It's disruptive to the jury, to the lawyers, it's disruptive to the process…if I see another light, it's an immediate criminal contempt of this court. moo

Megan’s mock crying, doing her best to look upset, wiping her nose with Kleenex. But her facial expressions, at least from the camera viewpoint from the side, don’t match grief or sadness. She’s looking with interest at something her lawyer’s doing.

Faker, just like all the murderous mothers we’ve seen in trial. Remember Leilani Simon? Same attempt to garner sympathy IMO.

In interviews with mb before EB was found she was smiling and carrying on and lying while chatting about her missing child. Her crying now is totally fake except for maybe feeling sorry for herself at being caught.

He’s a material witness. Was taken into custody. He’s instructed to be in court every day until he’s called or dismissed as a witness. If he doesn’t show he’ll be back in custody.

Good summary of the case and the trial so far.

The jury in Boswell’s trial was seated on Tuesday. While some are alternates, 12 will ultimately render the verdict. The jury will also be tasked with deciding Boswell’s punishment if she is found guilty of murder.

After Goodwin spoke to the jury, Deputy District Attorney William Harper took the podium and read the presentment of charges against Boswell. Boswell faces the following charges:

• First-degree murder
• 2 counts of felony murder
• Aggravated child abuse
• Aggravated child neglect
• Tampering with evidence
• 11 counts of false report
• Abuse of a corpse
• Failure to report a death under suspicious, unusual or unnatural circumstances

The presentment alleges that one of Boswell’s felony murder charges stems from her killing of Evelyn “in the perpetration of or attempt to perpetrate the felony crime Aggravated Child Abuse,” while the other was allegedly done in the perpetration or attempt of aggravated child neglect.

Wow -- the soldier EP was NOT the father of Evelyn-- just another lie by MB!!

ETA: MB initially, successfully, delayed Tommy Boswell from reporting the baby missing as she told her dad and others that EB was with EP and how he'd received an emergency order to take Evelyn!
