I am thinking Tommy OD'd and when he was released from the hospital they arrested him, thats just my take on all this-

Makes sense but if he OD'd, as in attempting suicide, he would have been "baker acted" after being medically cleared.

It was actually a "42 year old male" that was taken to the hospital last night (per the scanner). Hank, Sr is 42 years old.

That makes it interesting. Perhaps, and this is just all guessing - maybe Hank Sr, OD'd on the drugs that Tommy was arrested for possessing & LE went back and arrested him this morning after speaking to Hank, Sr? :waitasec:

One thing is for sure, Tommy sure looks TERRIBLE in that mug shot:

Did they say it was for an overdose or are we just assuming that's what it was for? My thoughts are Tommy stole dads meds, dad started going through withdrawl (i realize dad needs his meds and is not an "addict" in the traditional sense but his BODY depends on those drugs) and had to go to the hospital for meds.

This family has many problems stemming from drug use, starting with the parents, Lisa and Hank Sr, and continuing with at least Tommy and Misty. It puts their children at high risk for similar problems unless the cycle can be broken.

You would think that Tommy would be on best behavior, knowing that his activities are probably being watched, but I guess he thought he was flying under the radar. Gee, maybe he'll offer LE another tidbit while he's in jail...

No way am I defending drug use or anyone who abuses drugs but seems to me Tommy's problem at this time may stem from what he knows concerning Haleigh's disappearance and his fear of Ron C and all the Cummings because he knows they know he has some information concerning the events of that afternoon and that night...IMHO Tommy needs to act rather than react.. JMO

Last night on the scanner was a "Signal 31 for a 42 year old male who was foaming at the mouth and had marks on his arm from the signal 31". (This was at 1XX Tyler Street which is the Croslin House).

A Signal 31 is a drug overdose. So we aren't assuming anything, it was on the scanner.

Back up was requested (Signal 35).

That all happened last night, then Tommy was arrested this late this morning.

OR... Tim Miller is correct and Tommy was a PARTICIPANT and has guilt of his own for whatever DIRECT part he played and Ron has NO involvement in HaLeigh's disappearance other than not going home after being unable to reach Misty. Tim Miller seems to feel that Misty is covering for Tommy per his interview with Levi on his show Sunday night.

As far as the booking photos, don't all the pictures to all charges update w/ the new pics? I know when nay-nay was arrested all the photos on her old charges changed to her new pic, same w/ Amber. IIRC.

Good point but Tommy C has to also want to be helped...Hopefully he will find the inner strength within to want to surive..Hopefully he will come to learn he is worthy of so much more and will learn to honor and respect his existence..First he is going to have to get real honest with himself and with others in order for that to happen...JMO

It looks to me like two booking shots were taken the first time he was arrested, and he moved his head a different way in the second shot than the first. The lighting is a little different between the two and so is the way his collar is falling, but the way his hair is brushed on top is exactly the same.
This would explain why they are so similar and yet not exactly the same. The first shot was used in the first booking and they just happened to use the second shot for the new booking.

Not the same photo. Look at the swollen eyelids in the picture from today's booking photo. A pretty good indication of someone who has been crying a lot. Not there in the first photo.

New, I had the same thought upon first looking at the picture. Very puffy eyelids. I know what makes my own eyelids do that, lots of crying. Perhaps one other thing as well, a tremendous lack of sleep.
