Why two separate charges? Since he was found with drugs only in the van, how did LE get away charging Tommy with possession of narcotic equipment and or use M F? Seems to me drugs-possess cntrl sub wo prescription F T is the only one that sticks. I think charging him with child endangerment for having drugs carelessly around his children would have been appropriate.

Sure seems to be alot of drugs stolen from the Tyler address - wasn't it just about a month ago Hank Sr was calling 911 three times about 140 Loratab being stolen - now last night more "roxies" stolen from their home?

I pray for Hank Jr. to be strong and get help for apparent drug problem along with I'm sure other problems. His family needs him. I pray if he's involved in Haleighs disappearance or has critical information, that he release this information immediately to LE. Amen

Sure seems to be alot of drugs stolen from the Tyler address - wasn't it just about a month ago Hank Sr was calling 911 three times about 140 Loratab being stolen - now last night more "roxies" stolen from their home?

Though I'm sure Hank Jr. has stolen his pops pills a good many times, but with what we are learning to be a regular, I think ole Hank Sr. threw that part in about "his" drugs being stolen last night so he could obtain the police report in order to take it to his doctor and get another new script in the same month for more prescription pills. A convenient perfect opportunity pill heads wouldn't pass up on. A quick easy way to get extra pills at cheap prices without paying street value prices.

Not positive but perhaps Putnam County Corrections clothing is blue. When I looked at Lisa C.'s her picture the top was blue as well. Now that i think of it I remember seeing lots of peeps in blue tops...Couldn't say for certain though.

I know this is taking a step back in the thread... lol... but I just remembered NayNay in her shackles going for questioning.

With a copy of this police report being sent to DCF, maybe this is the wake up call Lindsy needs to get away from this family - for her CHILDREN'S sake! It is obviously NOT a good environment for those 3 children.

Lindsy needs to get those babies out of there before the state makes the decision for her!

Exactly, which is why arrests are meaningless, as are charges, until there is a conviction.

The arrests are not meaningless, the police have to have probable cause which is the laundry list of ill gotten schedule 3 drugs, that were in his possession coupled with his being passed out in the vehicle were the illegal drugs were found, leads me to believe in all likely hood he is guilty of many, many crimes one of which is child endangerment (at least). This isn't exactly the crime of the century. He'll plead out.

Perhaps, but there is nothing in LE’s report to support the charge of narcotics equipment IMO. If LE found narcotics equipment in the van, LE should have specified exactly what it was along with the drugs they found at the scene and they didn't.

I dont worry about what another woman is going to choose in life-

Ron has a missing precious angel- He also was seen putting a gun in his mouth around his child- whats worse that, or driving on drugs with your kid? They should both appall everyone and be treated as the same, no coddling-

Really? Anyone think HCI has a legit scripts for all of this? BS. This is twice that he has O'd himself that we know of and after the first time, no one Doc is going to keep writing him all this junk. There must be several Docs. What is this called? Doc shopping? Yes, that's it. Hmmmm.

Buying scripts from Doc shoppers? You know, Rush Limbaugh style.

He had Methadone. It is synthetic heroin. But, it is far worse of an addiction than heroin - a natural substance - and nearly impossible to get away from. So, how is he getting enough pain RX's to knock out a heard of cattle AND a methdone script?

The Croslins have more "dope" in their stash than Ron ever hoped to have when he was arrested for drugs. What is the street value of a Loratab? An oxycodone? A Xanax?

Didn't Misty say that her brother had become a pill junkie since Haleigh disappeared? Yeah, she could have been lying - but I think the proof is in the pudding. LE needs to sqeeze HC2 like a ripe lemon. He put himself at the MH during a critical time and his behavior is deteriorating. I could be mistaken, but he doesn't seem to have been in a lot of trouble until after that fateful night.
