Tommy Croslin Jr Arrested Again

  • #101
I dont worry about what another woman is going to choose in life-

Ron has a missing precious angel- He also was seen putting a gun in his mouth around his child- whats worse that, or driving on drugs with your kid? They should both appall everyone and be treated as the same, no coddling-

Both men doing that behavior do not deserve their kids, so I take it back, Lindsay should run-

Driving on drugs with your CHILD in the car not only puts YOUR CHILD that is in the car in danger, it also puts EVERY SINGLE OTHER CHILD (and adult) ON THE ROAD IN DANGER! :furious:

We were talking about Ron's Ratgate charges.
Oh, sorry. I thought you meant the drug charges. duh. Sorry. I hate rats. Yuk.

Exactly, which is why arrests are meaningless, as are charges, until there is a conviction.

Really now? In just this instance or in general? I couldn't disagree with you more. Let's just take this 'for instance'....the MONSTER who has at last count (that I have had a chance to read in the news anyway) 11 decomposed bodies in his house and yard has been arrested. If that means NOTHING, would you let him spend the night at your house? (if he were not in jail where he belongs of course) He hasn't been convicted and likely won't be for some time to come. WHO decides which and whose arrests and/or charges are meaningless? OR, is it all of them? :waitasec:

If he was impaired wouldn't they have charged him with a couple other things? If he was, why didn't they?

Awaiting drug tests to determine additional charges?

And was he impaired when he left home and was anyone else awake and aware that he was going to drive the little boy?

Don't know, but he passed out cold at the school bus stop and it was his child and he is ultimately responsible for his own actions.

Just a public shout out to my family who I previously thought was dysfunctional. In comparison with this crew, we're just fine . . .

Maybe his house was built on an old graveyard, maybe he bought a house from a serial killer. Who knows? But, an arrest means nothing till the judge or jury says it did. And, I wouldn't let any stranger spend the night at my house, much less one that was a RSO, that was a crazy hypothesis.

okie dokie...just call me crazy then. :banghead: Maybe..maybe...maybe...it's crazy to think an arrest means nothing . It certainly does not mean one is guilty, but it d@mn sure means something IMVHO.

FYI~ No graveyard, no purchase from a serial killer, just recently decomposing women...all 11 of them, no matter tho, he hasn't been convicted.

I don't disagree, I am just wondering if he was impaired, and why no other charges yet etc

Knock it off and get back to the topic.

they did specifically mention the straw with residue in one of the bottles so that is what made me think that could be considered narcotics equipment in the van.

Perhaps, but there is nothing in LE’s report to support the charge of narcotics equipment IMO. If LE found narcotics equipment in the van, LE should have specified exactly what it was along with the drugs they found at the scene and they didn't.

Anyone find it interesting that J.W. Mcleod was arrested along with Tommy. That's three times he's been arresed in connection with a major player in this case. First for beating up Amber Brooks, second in the party house raid and now with Tommy. Him and Tommy love guns and was charged with posession of firearms and no bond was set. Tommy was charged with narcotic posession. Mcleod lives down the street from Chads partyhouse in the Mondex!

What do you mean by "along with Tommy"? Was he in the vehicle with Tommy?

Never heard of him before.

What "party house"raid?

Chad who and again, same partyhouse or is this just a slang term?

Oh, and what is "Mondex"?

I must have missed a few pages somewhere.

I see Hank Sr. showed up at the scene, musn't have been him that od'd. I cannot imagine any hospital would release a person who od'd after such a short amount of time esp in Florida.. considering the Baker act. Hrrmm, also, Sr. is only 41 yrs old. I wonder who the call was for last night!

I do. I understand DotsEyes to be saying that, under our justice system, a person is innocent until proven guilty.

Are there some people that are clearly involved in a crime because they are caught red-handed by credible witnesses? Sure.

Are there some people who have clearly done something atrocious that shows that they are mentally damaged? Yes.

Would DotsEyes want to hang out with these people? I sincerely doubt it.

But there are also people that have been accused of a crime and have exhibited behavior that others believe to be suspicious, and yet, after trial, the evidence (DNA or whatever) has proven their innocence.

DotsEyes' point is that because someone is arrested does not mean that they are guilty of committing a crime. Thank God for our system of justice!
