I have yet to come across an article that says a straw with residue was found in the pill bottle or bag found in the van. LE have not clearly specified what they found to warrant charging him with having narcotics equipment but perhaps they mean the lighter, IDK.

Thanks Flossie, It'd be great if Reporters included this piece of information in their report to explain why Tommy was charged with possession of narcotics equipment.

You know..as I scroll though this site and see posts about sharing prescription drugs and what's the real meaning behind being arrested, it's always nice to see a KiKi the Parrot post pop up and bring me back to focus - it is all about Haleigh. I do appreciate your thoughts and reminders kiki and those from other posters too. I always feel so fortunate to be here and exchange ideas, thoughts and theories with everyone, even those I may disagree with.

That was 3 months ago anyway, so apparently there is no basis to the allegations for he would have been charged with something and considering that white truck was not running. I don't know where they got the witness tampering stuff.

I don't believe that for a second, but am not surprised since it seems Ron C has friends in high places that cover his rear no matter what he does...And IMHO he has done a HELL-Of alot that he should have served time for.... JMO

Anyone find it interesting that J.W. Mcleod was arrested along with Tommy. That's three times he's been arresed in connection with a major player in this case. First for beating up Amber Brooks, second in the party house raid and now with Tommy. Him and Tommy love guns and was charged with posession of firearms and no bond was set. Tommy was charged with narcotic posession. Mcleod lives down the street from Chads partyhouse in the Mondex!

Thank you for refreshing my memory of why he looked so familiar to me. I wouldn't doubt they might know each other but I don't think there's a connection to Tommy's arrest.

BBM I agree and I'm wondering if those "friends in high places" might have had something to do with him retaining custory of Haleigh and Jr in the custody hearings. Not saying it happened, but does make one wonder. He does seem to get away with a lot. JMO

Mine, too. In my family, I can't think of any one who has EVER spent a night in jail. I'm 60+ years old, and I've never even got a speeding ticket.
I'm concerned about him driving with his kids in that condition too. And for them seeing him in that shape... but then, they might be used to it. Kids have grown up in homes with a drunk for a dad or mom and survived, but drugs can make people go crazy and do terrible things. I hope he will get help before it kills him....... or someone he loves.

I believe the police report narrative said that the straw with some white residue was found in the cup holder in the van. It was tested for cocaine and found not to be.

I highly suspect Haleigh is and has been since February 9, 2009..And I have drawn my conclusion from the lies and the manipulative actions of Ron C and the Cummings.JMO

Art Harris is hot on the trail as usual. Seems that Art Harris is reporting an additional observation on behalf of Tommy on the evening that he claims to have knocked on the door at 202 Gr Lane. Now it seems that not only did it appear no-one was home, and the lights were all off, but no child came to the door either, according to Tommy.

Gosh and Golly Also seems Aunt Flora is suspicious of Cousin Joe.

I don't remember LE ever stating that either were ruled out as suspects or persons of interest. Especially Tommy, He places himself at the home and he isn't a suspect? I don't believe Art's source. JMO
