Em, I don't know why, but I am thinking about that 2:13a call. Lt Greenwood said that the first call related to this case came in at 2:13a.
I just wonder what was going on at that time of morning, that is related to this case? At first I thought maybe a fight was going on. A loud commotion. If it wasn't one of the main characters that called the police, I think someone else heard something or saw something that they were not suppose to. If one of the players made that call and for some reason my gut tells me that it was one of the Croslins, what happened with them around 2am? Could that be one of the reasons LE stayed on the Croslins like they did? Could that be why LE felt the Croslins knew something about Haleigh's case?
I don't know why your post made me think about that phone call. :waitasec:
OK. Let's see if I got this straight...Jo was clutching a screaming Haleigh. No! Jo had supposedly strangled Haleigh already. Then Tommy was peeking around the corner. What corner? Didn't Tommy say that Jo forced him to ride in the van at gun point? Or was it knife point? So I guess Jo saw Tommy peeking and went after him? Why didn't Tommy run off into the dark?
Ok, back to Misti. Misty was cowering under the covers hanging on to Jr. She saw Jo put Haleigh into a black bag. Jo couldn't have seen Misti and Jr or why did he not force Misti along and kill Jr too?
But Tommy saw Jo throw Haleigh into the van on the back seat and she looked as if she were sleeping. Therefor, no black bag.
So now what? On to the dock in the dark? But searches did not turn up Haleigh's body.
Next morning Misty is happily hanging flyers with a raving madman who she saw stuff a lovely little girl in a sack late night/early morning.
All righty, then! :banghead::banghead::banghead:
No wonder there have been no arrests pertaining to Haleigh''s disappearance. LE has to wade through ever changing stories.
Maybe it's a ploy, to confuse and conquer.

Passionflower. Good question about Ron's reaction to the gun. I have some thoughts on that. The gun was probably stolen to begin with and illegal because it was not registered. Any information about the gun in his possesion would put Ron in legal jeopardy. To me the gun figures into the story as something Ron promised Jo as payment in a drug deal. That's one of the other reasons Ron would remain silent about the gun.
I believe Ron would hide facts about the gun from LE in order not to be arrested, it would be a federal charge, but less concerned about solving what happened to his daughter. I see Ron as that kind of parent. jmo
Kimster, I can't ever find links..I don't even know how to bookmark a page or save a favorite..You don't know how grateful I am when others post them..
Let me add one more thing..Ron C knew from the beginning his daughter was never stolen...He knows exactly what happened to Haleigh..Please watch that first plea video again.. I would love to post it but don't have a clue how to find it...JMO
And another thing....Seems like I read somewhere (sorry, I've looked for it, but too much to g o through) that LE was called to the Croslin's (not sure which ones) a little while before the official call from Misty. Does anyone else remember anything about that?Em, I don't know why, but I am thinking about that 2:13a call. Lt Greenwood said that the first call related to this case came in at 2:13a.

On October 2, 2009, Lt. Johnny Greenwood, public information officer, PCSO, told Lise Fisher, reporter, Gainesville Sun, in a video-taped interview, that his department received a report regarding HaLeigh Cumming shortly after two o’clock in the morning on February 10, 2009. “We received the call at, you know, two thirteen in the morning, sometime shortly after two o’clock in the morning,” he said.Em, I don't know why, but I am thinking about that 2:13a call. Keep it up and they might just conquer my azz. This is getting old.
First interview .
"I'd give my life for my child's life back", are his exact words. At 1:03 in this video, and after that he falls on the ground.

The part about this story that makes me wonder if at least SOME of it is true is that during the 911 call, Ron was sure someone "stole" Haleigh. I can't get rid of that. And I want to see Misty arrested for obstruction of justice if this is even true at all.
P.S. A link would be nice in here too.![]()
Someone who used to post here who lived in the neighborhood stated he heard a loud vehicle come in to the neighborhood around 1:30, parked close to the dumpster area and exited via Buffalo Bluff Road around 2:00 am.. My understanding is a fence separated Tommy's house from the area where the dumster was located...IF Haleigh was taken from that dumster to another location around 2:00 am in the morning I would say something was definitely going on over at Tommy and Lindseys house....Wonder IF it was Lindsey who made the call? No way IF she is a light sleeper like she claims to be did she not know something was going on...JMO
Also, it would not surprise me at all (when Misty decided to go with this story) that she had completely forgotten that she was hanging flyers the next day with Joe, the crazed killer - and that someone may have a -- gasp -- photo of it.Regarding the bold part, yep, that about sums it up. :banghead: The rest of your post highlights why the bolded part makes sense. At least YOU make more sense than the folks in the jail cells who are trying their hand at creative storytelling. :shakehead:
To you, Paintr, very well said. Poor little Haleigh didn't stand a chance with that bunch. If they say this stuff in jail, just think about the stories they told each other during their weed-puffing moments.![]()
Exactly. That confounds the whole thing right? Again, I doubt they recall what they actually DID DO AND SAY, so it makes it difficult to pull together a story without holes.Hey, Em, I remember that. So let's look at those times again-
1:30a- we have a loud vehicle parked near dumpster area
2:00a- we have that loud vehicle leaving the area
2:13a- first call related to the case comes in (IMO, from the Croslins)
2:30a- Misty is seen and heard crying to someone on the phone on Green Ln
3:27a- 911 call "Haleigh is missing"
Let's not forget that someone over on Tyler St (Croslins) told police that Haleigh was last seen in/at her residence 1 to 1 1/2 hours prior to the 911 call at 3:27a. That would mean that one of the Croslins saw/or claimed to have seen Haleigh around 2a-2:30a. So the way I'm thinking is, if Tommy or anyone of the Croslins harmed Haleigh and disposed of her body, why not just say that they haven't seen Haleigh? They admitted to seeing her around 2am. I just can't make sense of that.
