I want my doctors to start buying me things. Red is my favorite color. I love steak. I want the Croc clogs with faux fur lining. Red swing coat.

that meek, passive, pacifist label just makes me want to hurl. Just repeating that eroded any credibility the DR might have had...

You know we have not heard the last of the magazine story. Juan will hammer on how she lied on the test, and the extraordinary lengths she went to to influence testimony of others to bolster her lies. Lying and pressuring others to lie and commit perjury are damning IMO.

Did the Doctor say PTSD is not a get out of jail card.

Thank you kindly, Novice Seeker. I am sure that removing the ribbons would be difficult for the family BUT maybe it would be better than giving the DT a reason to claim that they are trying to influence the jury.

Just my opinion and many have stated what you have, I'm just using this post as a jumping point...

I think for the spectators in the galley yes they probably should remove them. But the jury has to know already from the painful faces and faithful trial attendance this family is 100% behind TA. I don't think the additional ribbon ON THE FAMILY would influence the jurors any more or less.

Just my opinion. Also all caps not yelling just emphasizing:)

I want ya'll to know I can understand that question.

I am very particular on how my hair looks. If my hair dresser does something different or I ask for a cut that I cannot manage I really think I go through PTSD.

It was prolly the "hairdresser" who ask that. Wasnt that juror #5 "Tricolor"

She could relate to customer having trama with their bad hair do's. If she is in fact a hairdresser.

That really happened to me when I was in high school. I have thick, curly hair and wanted it cut like my friend with straight hair. Very short cut, with "wings" (if anybody remembers them)...went to a Sebring salon (it was mainly for men).

I cried for weeks. I am serious. I didn't cut my hair again for years.

He said he couldn't specify which one (as in unable to come up with a diagnosis), but it was a "personality disorder". What a quack.

She probably fits so many....

There is a Facebook page with information as to where you can donate to help them with their financial need. Chris HUghes, a friend of the family helped set it up.

http://www.facebook.com/Justice4Travis?ref=ts&fref=ts

But sadly, there are murder cases going on all over the place, likely for just as long. I am not sure. Not everyone gets the attention. I could not handle 3+ months on 7-40 dollars a day.

The Drs answers seem to be helping the Prosecution. He said a made up story frequently would be consistent from recitation to recitation and presented with a flat affect.
He is describing EXACTLY what JA has done in this case. She uses the exact same descriptors every single time and has absolutely no emotion while she recites her "story".

This one time, in high school, I missed 2 days of school because of a bad haircut. Lol

True story. ;)

What happens if a juror cannot handle the financial strain this lengthy trial might be causing them? I need to check my company's policy. Although I have never been called to JD.

Good question if you don't get an answer...ask in the legal thread. I wanna know too.

The ribbons were not removed. They are continuing to wear the ribbons.

So, if they were asked, they refused and they were not removed from the courtroom.

KCL said in the court thread that they were asked to remove the ribbons... family refused and still wear them but supporters removed them.

Did you hear the 'bad haircut' question?

Also, several questions asked him about his mistakes and typos and his basing his test results upon lies. Also they asked him about ethical boundaries and impartiality. And thgey asked why he compared Jodi to soldiers and cops.

I don't think many of the questions implied any deep respect for him. JMO

ITA! Not only that but the question about "selective amnesia" was pretty sarcastic IMO as well,

Jinkasaurus seems upset that the jury might think JA is still lying? Is she the Prez of her fan club?

she really annoys me. she must be told to debate in favor of the DT for discussion or something.

Me too! I'm pretty sure I've put at least one of their kids thru college and paid for a couple vacations lol.

Yes. I bet Arias is demanding it. I say wear them. And if they are forced to remove them by the Judge then as someone suggested earlier I hope they all wear elephant charms/jewellery. I'm usually a fan of dainty ones but I hope they wear huge in-your-face ones. No one is going to stop Justice for Travis, least of all the killer.

I'm surprised the Arias clan hasn't set up a concession stand outside the courthouse to sell the murderer's "art work". That seems par for their course.

Lol they can all come to court with elephant t shirts
You know they've been wearing those ribbons for a long time
It's a way of ja to control
Does she fear its going downhill for her?

Me too. I'll give my doctor a list and he can have a variety of things to choose from. Ballet flats (They keep my feet comfortable and that helps prevent PTSD you know) Ralph Lauren perfume etc.

What a :banghead: this Samuels is!
