My husband truck was totaled in a wreck yesterday and he's home watching with me and wants to know if Juan has got to her yet, told hut him no, but he will soon.
BBM. Seriously????
I think it's her passive aggressive smile.
She is seething about her journals being released
to the public... IMO
Earlier, on HLN, Jason Lamm said that they would probably try to get an appeal on this issue, but the judge was ready this morning, cited cases from Arizona law and covered all the basis and he thinks an appeal would be denied.
Cat lovers every where will be angry with this description unless of course you mean this feline.

Nurmi isn't bright. The media is in court. Filming the trial!
They know not to film jurors.
So what if they were getting their cameras ready?
Maybe they are filming to PROVE there is no tampering going on
as jurors arrive and depart???
That would be cool!

I'd say you must be kidding, but sadly, I know you are not. Will someone rid me of this meddlesome monkey on my back? This trial will be the end of me. I'm jonesin' from sunup to sundown. I'm thinking of starting a Rehab program.
Who the hell is RS?
So here we have:
A FEMALE Murderer, being defended by
A FEMALE Attorney, examining
A FEMALE DV "Expert", in front of
A FEMALE Judge, all for the purposes of slandering
A MALE DV Murder Victim
Is this what the Suffragettes were fighting for 100 years ago? I think not.
The 4 women listed above have formed a twisted sisterhood (more like a cabal) to besmirch an innocent man and have us believe that MEN are the root of all evil... as though the MURDER VICTIM deserved to be slaughtered. They should all be extremely ashamed of themselves.
I have no words for how this distorted picture of Female Empowerment is breaking my heart. The feminist movement was about equal rights for women, not a blanket indictment of men. At least two of the above women (attorney and judge) have benefited from the fight that women waged 40 years ago, and one other (the DV "expert") found her calling from a very legitimate offshoot of that fight.... the fourth (the murderer) shouldn't be included in the female species, period....
And now watching this unbalanced, unfair witch hunt is making me feel as though there is nothing "equal" about what's going on. One the one hand I could look at this and say "Yay for women! We can be judges, lawyers, astronauts and murderers too!" One the other hand, well... imagine if this was 4 MEN smirking, guffawing and LYING their way through a rape/murder case, painting the dead (female) rape victim as "easy" or "dressing like she wanted it"; imagine some neanderthal MAN pontificating about the rape victim's journals, e-mails, texts, giving his "impressions" of her state of mind.
I know that used to happen in the olden days but there has got to be some middle ground - I don't like the message this is sending.
I'm rambling and can't get a clear through-line for my thoughts right now because this is all very upsetting. Maybe someone else out there can verbalize what I'm feeling. Thanks for letting me vent.
