The jury has returned. McClintic was interviewed by police again on May 12th. She continued to lie, she says.

RaffertyLFP: McClintic talked to Rafferty a few days before the May 19th interview which included lie detector test - "He told me I hadn't done anything

McClintic took a polygraph test on May 19th. Said she planned on lying. Days prior, she says Rafferty told her she did nothing wrong.

McClintic did the polygraph test, and passed it. Said she thought what she said was the truth.

McClintic believed "there was a possibility" she may have been involved when she saw police in May 19th.

McClintid believed if she passed lie detector test then her delusions about not killing Tori were actually true

McClintic said she went into May 19th police interview wanting to believe she did not kill Tori "I really didn't know where my head was at"

The jury is walking back in the courtroom as the trial of Michael Rafferty continues. Terri-Lynne McClintic is back in the witness box. Defence lawyer Dirk Derstine is continuing his cross-examination.

She says she wanted to believe she was innocent. May not have believed it. Derstine asks if Rafferty knew he was guilty. She didn't know.

Derstine says McClintic told someone in her prison she was going in for a police interview/polygraph test. McClintic can't recall.

Derstine is asking about McClintic's state of mind before she met with police on May 19, 2009 to give a polygraph statement. A few days before Rafferty had called her and told her that she had nothing to worry about because she had "done nothing wrong."

Derstine asked about what she expected to say. McClintic says she still believed that she had done nothing wrong. She does, however, also say she "believed that there was a possibility I could be involved."

McClintic told people in the prison she heard rumours in regards to Tori's mother and why the girl went missing.

She said she was planning on stabbing a staff member in the neck. She recalls some of that.
